George Shaer was a pleasure to work with. Took my Lexus ES350 in for a recall today. George handled everything wonderfully. Was offered a loaner however... we decided to wait and the waiting area was very nice and we were very pleased with the accommodations and the repair work.

I own two RX330 vehicles that have been serviced at Lexus of Wilmington. I have always found the folks in their service department easy to deal with. They... are accommodating in setting up service appointments and have a great loaner-car program if you need to leave your car for the day. The service work is always done right, they keep you informed while the car is in the shop and they even wash your car before you pick it up. Overall, a great service experience.
I have always drove a Lexus and I had only had wonderful car buying experiences and I always loved my car. Hadi Davoudi, Finance Director made me feel... like I was at a buy here, pay here operation not a Lexus Dealership. He lied to me about the service contract and even after I called Lexus warranty and confronted him with the truth he continued to lie. I had to call Corporate in order to get a repair done to my car in a timely manner. The only saving grace was Leigh, Customer Relations Mgr. She was wonderful and did everything she could to help me. Also, Rob in service was great to work with. Donna Griffith, Salesperson was nice when she sold me the car but after that she brushed me off and would not return my calls. When I did talk to her she told me some nonsense. I am a 62 year old women and I feel like I was treated like I was some dumb kid. I hate the car.
Hadi Davoudi, Finance Director is a liar. I have always drove a Lexus and I have only had good experiences with my purchases and the car. I hate this... car. He sold me an extended warranty but he told me if I didn't buy it my car would have no warranty. No true, Certified Lexus's come from the manufacturer not the dealer. Even after I called the manufacturer and told him what they said he still lied. He remined me of a crooked tv salesman. Don't buy Luxcare. I paid almost $800 for something you can buy on eBay for $84.00. Same product. Leigh, Customer Relations Mgr, and Rob, Service Mgr. were wonderful. They were the only bright spot in this awful experience. Don't use Donna Griffith for a salesperson because she is the worst.

The dealership is good but probably suffering at the moment from staff shortages due to Covid. I bought a new NX300 from them and their were issues with... the delivery. Enter Leigh, who explained all that was going on and offered reasonable measures. She listens and seeks to get to an agreement where others just spout policies. She is the easiest person to work with and is truly an asset to the Koons organization. I have confidence when speaking to her. Well done.

1. Service scheduling process is poorly managed: ineffective call redirection; call center associates that cannot help to proceed with the simple tasks... of scheduling a service appointment; online scheduling lacks an option to choose a particular consultant. 2. Lexus considered a premium brand, but my car had never went out of service properly washed - service consultant had to wipe out all around the vehicle. 3. The facility is tight, not enough space on the parking lot, no designated parking lots for the service vehicles. On the other hand, George Shaer, assistant service manager, did his job great as always. Thank you, George! Few words about sales management. My GX is almost 3 years old. It can be traded in now. Sales managers at Koons tried to cold call me once about a month ago - of course, with no success and no follow-up. But NO ONE from sales contacted me yesterday at the dealership when I visited service and had enough time to listen to their presentations, financing options, and to have a test drive with new Lexus.
