Had an appointment to look at pre owned Lexus’.
Had an appointment to look at pre owned Lexus’. The salesman showed my wife and I what was available online and stated he would get us a shuttle to where the vehicles were located. He made copies of our drivers licenses , returned to get our email and phone numbers and went off again . He never came back ! Ridiculous. We waited for an 1 1/2 hr, and didn’t get to see one car We left since he was missing in action. I guess he didn't need our business !

Exceptional service. Mr. Bingham did a great job. Dario was my sales rep from whom I bought the car . He was fantastic, but the guy before him/manager tried playing games with me which were very unprofessional. Can't remember their names

Leigh, Koon’s customer service contacted me right away to resolve the issues that I expressed in my recent negative review as quickly as possible. I appreciated the dealership’s effort. They made the second key, a FOB at no cost, and will reimburse the PA state inspection fee. Great!
