I was simply looking for quality transportation at a fair

I was simply looking for quality transportation at a fair price. I was treated like a long standing friend by Patrick who took the time to help me find a quality truck that met my needs. This truck was nothing fancy, but I was treated like a new truck customer!! I look forward to working with the team at Metropolitan Ford.

An easy car buying experience.

An easy car buying experience. Dan Beckman is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He kept me updated on my order status the entire time, and when the car was finally delivered they did some aftermarket upgrades and turned it around within a day. In addition, he took a lot of time explaining all the new technology and features which were all new to me. I will buy all my Fords from Metropolitan and Dan.

Dan was knowledgeable about my new Maverick and kept me updated on the status of my build over the course of the 9 month wait. Once delivered the purchase process was easy with everything as we agreed at time of ordering.

Dan was great to work with.

Dan was great to work with. No pressure, fair negotiation, and great product knowledge all stood out to me. He even stayed well past closing to make sure I was completely satisfied with and comfortable with my purchase.

I just purchased a new 2021 Ford F150 from Metropolitan

I just purchased a new 2021 Ford F150 from Metropolitan Ford in Eden Prairie, MN. Dean L. was the salesperson that helped us through the entire process. I'll admit, I was probably a "handful" to deal with when it came to putting a deal together with our trade-ins. Dean & Roger were very fair & willing to negotiate with me. I appreciate their willingness to bend a bit to get us to a deal. I also appreciate & respect the fact they held their own ground in the end. I initially visited the dealer to test drive on a Monday & met with both of them. I went back with my wife on Friday to drive again & possibly put a deal together. In my back & forth with Dean & Roger, my wife at one point leaned over and asked me if I had known these guys from the past. She thought this as we had built a good rapport together & they made us feel like friends , vs. "car dealers". This goes a long way for us in considering who we do business with & I can easily say that we will certainly visit Dean, Roger & Metro Ford for our next purchase as well.
