The vehicle that was sold to me by Ray was NOT a 5 star as he told me it was. I bought a 2017 GMC Acadia. The Transmission fluid was black, air filter was wrecked and looked like it was never replaced, spark plugs were shot, brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, oil need to be done even though it said it was done. The next day the vehicle started to chugs at the speed of 30 to 40 mph. So called him and he said "oh I'm busy right now I cant help you i will call you back. The day went by and no call. So i called him back and he said "Oh i don't know what to tell you you should take it to a dealership (I live over an hour away) I'm NOT impressed with your business at all. I was lied too about the vehicle.

**1-Star Review for Metropolitan Ford** I had high hopes for my visit to Metropolitan Ford, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling quite disappointed. I had a scheduled appointment with Mike to purchase a certified pre-owned F-150 and even sent an offer via CarGurus. I acknowledge that I arrived about 5 minutes late, but what followed was frustrating. Upon my arrival, I felt completely ignored for several minutes by the sales reps and managers. Eventually, I was offered a coffee while I waited for Mike, who was out on a test drive with another customer. After waiting for half an hour, I learned that the truck I intended to purchase was the very one Mike was test driving. I genuinely understand the "first come, first serve" nature of sales; however, the lack of communication was disappointing. Once Mike handed me off to another salesperson, I was told they were confident the family would not be buying the truck. We took it for a test drive, but upon returning, I was informed that they were now likely to proceed with the purchase. This sudden change in tone felt disheartening. Additionally, I was then guided towards a more expensive truck, which I appreciate as a sales tactic, but I felt pressured to consider a price above my budget. I was interested in the F-150 at $35,000, but they quoted me over $37,000, stating they only had a few hundred dollars to work with. While I understand they need to make a profit, the offer on my trade-in was below market value, which I also can accept to some extent. After investing an hour and a half at the dealership, I decided it was best to leave. The following day, Mike reached out to follow up, and by then, I had already found other trucks to consider. When I mentioned I was looking for a price around $33,000 to $34,000 and he brought up my previous inquiry regarding the F-150 at $35,000, it felt frustrating that we couldn't reach an agreement the day before. In conclusion, I left Metropolitan Ford feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. While I appreciate Mike’s follow-up, the entire process was disappointing, and I wasn't thrilled with the overall experience.

We got all the financing done, then Dan recruited Jerry to help me move my 400-500 pound container from my old van to the new one. It was hot and humid that day but they just pushed through it. You don't see that kind of service or dedication very often anymore. I've always been a satisfied Metropolitan Ford customer, but this goes way above and beyond the expected service level. I am a customer for life!

Absolutely 💯 Amazing. Dan was my salesman and he was kind, knowledgeable but most of all not pushy. I took 2 days to think over my potential purchase and I didn’t feel rushed at all. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Dan came in on his day off to meet with me and Mike the finance guy couldn’t have been more of a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this dealership and will return for future purchases!! Great job team!
