Outstanding experience purchasing from Kaleb at Paramount Kia. Having gotten quotes from multiple dealers, Kaleb was the most up front, honest and easy communicator I worked with. He made the process fast, easy and painless. When there was a small hiccup in the process (to no fault of his own), he negotiated the challenge well, communicated his steps to me, and even followed up while on vacation. Would absolutely travel up to Hickory to work with Kaleb and the rest of the Paramount Kia team without hesitation.
