Karrie was absolutely wonderful! She was very prompt with replying to emails, and once we were in person, she was very professional, helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. She did a fabulous job explaining all the features and controls of the car, which we have not gotten at other companies. We appreciate Karrie and Ryan's efforts to find a price that we were happy with, and though the Paramount location was very impressive with the many options and facilities they offer. 10/10 would recommend.

Karrie is the epitome of an ambassador for Genesis of Hickory, and, indeed, Genesis corporation in total. The following supports my opinion: 1. She greeted us in a professional yet friendly manner. 2. She is extremely knowledgeable of the QV series that we were interested in. I cannot speak about her knowledge of other cars, but she was 4.0 with what we were looking at. 3. MOST IMPORTANTLY: When talking business with ys, she continually engaged my wife as well as me. I cannot overemphasize how important that is except to say we have walked away from several almost closed deals because the sales person failed to make eye contact or otherwise engage my wife...my partner in the deal. 4. Karrie always returned my calls when I had questions. As fr as the dealership goes. The premises were clean, modern, comfortable, and had a wide variety of vehicles on site.

Wonderful customer services provided by Nick and Celia. They are the best! We recently purchased a 2024 Kia Carnival and were so impressed by the knowledge and team work displayed by both pf them. We highly recommend Paramount Kia for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
