I was having a really rough day after being in a car

I was having a really rough day after being in a car accident. Donnovan and Branden were beyond amazing and helped me get into a new car that met all my needs. I would highly recommend.

it was the best experience we have had buying a car it didn't take all day and everybody did a grate job . gates had a problem not being to fill up the jeep but that's ok he said he would fill it up the next time we are in hickory . we live in north lenior

In with a bum window Out with a new Telluride

We had to make an unplanned stop at the Paramount Kia Dealership in Hickory NC due to a rear window not rolling all the way up (rubber window channel had separated from the bottom and was binding the glass making the window motor work very hard so the window would only go up about half way. Well it was Saturday morning and as I expected they were busy. But they found time to work with us to get the repair done as fast as possible, gave us a courtesy vehicle so we wouldn't miss breakfast, and made the repairs while we were at breakfast. Before leaving a new Telluride came in to the service bay and my wife said she had wanted a Telluride instead of our Sorento when we had to purchase a new car after her Rio finally gave up the ghost back in March of 2020. Jason the service department manager overheard this and told us that they had just gotten 4 Tellurides in the day before. The conversation continued and before I knew it Jesse sales representative brought another new Telluride around to show us. We looked at it and Jesse explained various of the features of the vehicle. We stopped there and we went on to our breakfast. We discussed advantages and disadvantages over breakfast and returned later to pick up our now repaired Sorento. We had decided on staying to test drive the Telluride. We ended up trading the Sorento for the Telluride. We couldn't be happier with our Saturday and how it turned out
