Great Experience

Jim Nelson is always very helpful and we enjoy doing business with him and Gordon Chevrolet. I had never leased before and he walked me through the pros and cons of that decision.

Great service staff!

Although being well satisfied with the dealership in general and continue to have my vehicle serviced there exclusively. I still have electrical issues with the truck that have never been completely resolved. In this time of technological evolution the inability to diagnose and fix these continuing problems seems mind boggling to me! This condition has existed for the last several years. I am not saying that the service department hasn't done their best, they certainly have. I just find it hard to fathom that no other vehicle experiences these types of electrical failure! And that no other venue within the GM family can address this issue.

Shuttle Service Rocks!

Timely and shuttle worked out great! Friendly workers that explained entire problem and let us know what was covered by warranty.

Completely satisfied with service and environment.

I was in and out in an hour. Could not believe it!!! John was great explaining every step to me. There was a gentleman offering to drive customers via complimentary shuttle to work or home which is such a great service. My car came back to me washed and ready to go. I will definitely return to Gordon for my service needs.

New Lease

The process was amazingly fast and easy. Walked into test drive, left 3 hours later with a new lease. Loved the experience and look forward to my future purchases.

Great Customer Service and Care

I was having issues with my 2013 Mallibu - 4th trip to the service deptartment since May 2015 for the same problem. On this visit Lorie Gardner was my service rep. She took a sincere interest in my problem, and provided alternative options for an agreeable resolution to an onging situation. John Lentz is my "sales person" and did a great job locating a new 2015 Malibu with my specificaions. He went the extra mile to esure I was a satisfied customer. My thanks and kudos to Lorie and John!

Great Service, and sales staff, always helpful

When they advertise they go the extra mile for you. They mean it John Power my service manager goes way beyond his duties to be sure everything is well taken care of. and goes out of his way to be sure I'm taken care of and comfortable. He makes sure I have a car to drive if my truck is going to take longer then expected. In my mind this man is a saint. and should be rewarded for his service. He makes me feel like part of the family. I will always use Gordons service department. Don't get me wrong the sales department is great also. I highly recommend my salesman Brian. Sorry don't remember his last name.

Outstanding service in every way.

everything, from the moment I first walked on the used car lot has been outstanding. Service by every employee I have met has been exemplary. I have told everyone I know looking for a car to seek out Dave Hedger. The service waiting area is great, love the free coffee and popcorn. I had trouble connecting to wifi and the person I saw, asked which device, knew exactly what to do and made sure I was connected. I work in Royal Oak and live in Redford but you are worth the drive.
