Car.

Car. was ready when promised two to three weeks. Given it was a small repair i felt two to three weeks was too long. Gordon Chevrolet has plenty of cars they should provide loaners.

It is unfortunate that this customer was unhappy with the length of the repair. We were up front and transparent with the length of time the repair would take. Additionally, we were able to return the vehicle to him within the discussed time frame. We do have loaner vehicles available but from time to time havetypically have more vehicle repairs than loaners and unfortunately we did not have a loaner vehicle available during his repair.

Great experience!

Great experience! We have previously purchased vehicles from Gordon Chevrolet. And due to the excellent service from Stephen Mauer, we continue to return and refer friends and family . We also think the car service is great. And look forward to our next visit!!

Oil change and new tires. Service was great. Price was excellent, technician was very nice and waiting area was clean and comfortable.

I had gone to another Chevy dealership and the salesman

I had gone to another Chevy dealership and the salesman there did not listen to me & attempted to get me to purchase an Equinox that he said was what HE felt I needed. I obviously left without purchasing the Equinox (although it was a nice car) & a couple of days later while driving down Ford Road I felt compelled to pull into Gordon Chevrolet when I was passing by. I am SO very glad that I did! As I was looking around their used car lot I was approached by Kyle Hunt and he listened to my wants/needs/concerns and within 1/2 hour he helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a 2020 Trax from them and their Finance Manager, Dave Finegold, went above & beyond to get me a loan. I have poor credit and was told by the other dealership that I would never be able to obtain a loan but Dave made it happen & I will forever be grateful to Kyle & Dave for making the process quick & painless! Thanks, guys!

I called interested in a Chevy Blazer right before they

I called interested in a Chevy Blazer right before they closed and they guaranteed that it is available and they gave me an appointment the next day morning. I drove the next morning an hour to get there and salesman simply said it was sold half an hour before I arrived. My appointment was just an hour after they open. It seems like they already sold it when I called the night before as it was not on their websites but other websites had it listed and because their rep ensured me it was still there I made the drive, if someone to test drive it it would take more than 30 minutes, then paper work. I guess they were counting on me checking other vehicles but I was offended that they didn't bother to call me and let me know and that I'm that simple to believe it was just sold first thing in the morning right before I got there despite my appointment to specifically see it

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent visit to Gordon Chevrolet. On the day in question, two customers expressed interest in the same vehicle. Although you called the day before to confirm its availability, and we confirmed it was indeed available, the situation became more complex when the first customer arrived earlier the following day and began the purchasing process. Unfortunately, this resulted in the vehicle being sold to the first customer who reached an agreement before you arrived. We understand how frustrating this must have been and we sincerely regret that we couldn’t accommodate your interest in that particular vehicle. To make up for the inconvenience, we offered to show you alternative vehicles and offered a complimentary gas card. We assure you that the vehicle was not sold prior to your visit, as claimed. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Went to upgrade car.

Went to upgrade car. Typical Chevy dealership behavior— predatory sales techniques, rushing numbers and talking randomness and awkwardness most of the time. Hostile behavior after purchase. Could have made better experience but expected nothing less.
