After working with Dan at Dick Scott, I was instantly torn between two dealerships. Dan is such a calm and generous person who is very easy to work with and quite understanding. Even though his job is to make a sale, he made sure the customer felt comfortable making their decision by giving the customer all of the needed information and being completely honest when something may have been out of the customer's reach. Although I chose to buy my car from another dealer, if my decision was based solely on the dealership instead of the car, hands down I would have signed with Dick Scott because of Dan.

Dan hamblin is an excellent salesman who thoroughly explained to us all about our new wrangler. He did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied.

Monthly payment, down payment and 24 month lease terms were discussed many times prior to delivery. However, paperwork the day of delivery showed a 36 month term and 10k miles/yr instead of 24 month and 12k/yr. When all was said and done the vehicle was $17 more per month and down payment somehow went up $50. Beware of the Bait and Switch tactics used at this dealership.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with leasing my vehicle . Dan Hamblin went above and beyond in providing awesome customer service. Eric Roundy the sales manager and Justin Baxter the finance manager were very helpful as well. After driving around to 3 states looking for a recent model, low mileage Wrangler Unlimited, I found that Dick Scott's had 6 on their lot. I had the good fortune to deal with Mike Canu who helped me with my purchase. I had arrive late on a Saturday afternoon, recognizing that I had driven 2 hours to get there, Mike, the Manager and Amber in financing gave up their own time to complete my purchase well after hours. I felt that I received a great deal and that I was treated with respect. They even took care of me after the purchase. I would recommend Dick Scott's and Mike Canu to everyone. This is my second lease through them and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They treat you like family. They are attentive and do a great job of finding you the right car for the right price.

Rode my bike in for a couple test drives, Durango and Journey, and found what I was looking for in my Journey. Must have options of heated seats, luggage rack with crossbars (ski's) and a hitch for my bike rack. Rode in from the Ford and Chevy dealer the same day having done test drives there as well. While I was out and about, Antwone did some price calculations and we were ready to talk when I got back. Process was easy and quick. He answered my questions and was very friendly. From deposit to vehicle in 2 days time (offsite dealer transfer). He patiently showed me the new gadgets as my previous vehicle was 11 years old with 258,000 miles on it (in getting diagnosed, thus the bike).
