I was very impressed with Katie Terry.
I was very impressed with Katie Terry. I was a bit apprehensive as a rule going to a dealership to have service work done tends to be a headache, however she went above and beyond professionalism to make sure that all the teas were crossed and eyes were doted. She is very professional, and I felt at ease and will definitely Feel so to go back to the service department if necessary and request her.

Good communication from Matt. Not related to him, but the cost to replace two headlight bulbs seemed prettttttty high, $870??. Maybe don’t charge an outrageous amount for labor.

Dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and Friday was a
Dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and Friday was a holiday, but even so I did not get an update on my vehicle until the following Monday and it was only it to get diagnostics down to figure out what was wrong with the transmission. It was determined that I needed a new transmission and tires. They were also going to do a coolant flush. I agreed to the service and had to check back several times to see when the work may be completed. On Wednesday, a week and a day after I dropped off my truck, I was told they did not have a transmission and could not find one and it would be a while before I could get my truck back. I asked if they could do the tires and coolant flush and I pick it up that day and then bring it back when they found a transmission. I was told no at first because the tech on my truck was out. I said surely someone else could complete the work. Finally was told they could get it done and picked it up. My new tires are covered in some sealant they used when mounting them as well as my wheels, this should have been cleaned off. I also found a half empty energy drink in my truck. I don’t drink energy drinks. There were also hand prints on my steering wheel. All around very disappointed in the quality of work done here. I won’t be back.
