Incompetent, it has taken almost two weeks to replace a wheel. The car was brought to the service center on Thursday afternoon with a flat tire. They had no time to look at the car until Monday. At that time I was told a wheel was also needed and it would be Wednesday or Thursday until it would be in. The car was not looked at until Friday afternoon at which time I was informed by text (a phone call would have been nice) that they had ordered a front wheel instead of a rear wheel and it would be Monday before they coil work on the car I am not holding my breath. Not once was I offed a courtesy car only excuses I have bought several new S class cars but I believe BMW can at least change a tire.

This was probably the best experience I have had

This was probably the best experience I have had purchasing on automobile. Everyone was extremely professional, and the process was streamlined. Everything that was promised was delivered in a timely fashion. My sales person, Carter,was awesome!

This is the 5th car we bought here… Always have had a great experience! Everyone goes above and beyond! There’s NO talking you into buying something you don’t want or a service you don’t need! Highly recommended!

After purchasing a certified pre-owned GLE450 from MB of

After purchasing a certified pre-owned GLE450 from MB of KC, I took it in for the first oil change at another MB dealership only to find that MB of KC service department that had done an oil change as part of the certification process had over-torqued the bolts to the access panel, which required they be cut out and replaced. I ended up having to pay over $600 for an oil change. While the loc al dealership never should have charged me for that work and would refused to reimburse me for what should be just customer courtesy, when I asked that MB of KC to reimburse me for the other service department's work, they stepped up and are sending me a check even though it's something that they would never have charged me for in the first instance. Brad Farjado was an advocate for me as the customer and makes customer satisfaction a priority before, during and after a sale.

Carter Davis is by far the best car salesman we have ever

Carter Davis is by far the best car salesman we have ever worked with. I’ve bought many cars through the years for myself plus cars for 4 teenagers. I can say that buying a car from Carter has been the best experience. He is knowledgeable, honest, communicates quickly, & makes the process efficient. He doesn’t pressure you at all, and he’s always available to answer questions. He went out of his way to help us find the perfect vehicle for us now that we have a grand baby in the family and wanted a biggger car to fit a car seat. He listened to what we were looking for & helped us find the best vehicle for us. He also has been super patient at helping me set up remote start on the app, car settings, etc. If I could give more than 5 stars to Carter, I would! I’ll be recommending Carter to anyone looking for a car. Thanks again for the outstanding service.

I have a C300 2010 I purchased in 2010 in FT. Lauderdale, Fla. I moved to the Kansas City area last year and I brought in the the dealership for a tail lite bulb. upon leaving I saw this car that had just been delivered sitting in the yard as I was leaving, and I decided to have a look. I ended up making the purchase.
