I purchased a pre-owned G550 from this dealership in

I purchased a pre-owned G550 from this dealership in January, and my experience has been disappointing from start to finish. Despite being a serious cash buyer, I was treated like a child throughout the purchasing process (I’m 24 years old). The staff’s communication was demeaning and unprofessional, which left a sour taste even before the sale was completed. After the purchase, I brought the vehicle in for a simple grille repair. When I got my car back, there were 60 additional miles on the odometer, and the gas tank was nearly empty—completely unacceptable for a luxury dealership. Today—two months after purchase—I discovered an erroneous $2,500 charge on my credit card after receiving a call from Amex. I paid for the vehicle in cash and did not finance, so I was shocked to see this unauthorized transaction. After spending over an hour on the phone with their accounting team—while on vacation out of the country, no less—I was told the charge was a “mistake.” This raises serious concerns about why they still have my credit card information on file and how securely it is being handled. Overall, this dealership has failed to meet even basic expectations of professionalism, communication, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here.

Highly satisfied with our experience with Carter and with

Highly satisfied with our experience with Carter and with MB of KC. We were able to find what we wanted and complete the purchase with no hassle. All personnel were very professional, and made me feel appreciated. Carter was super-helpful in explaining all the bells and whistles on the car, and has continued to make himself available as new questions arise. I recommend this salesperson and this dealership.

I was very satisfied with my used vehicle purchase/trade

I was very satisfied with my used vehicle purchase/trade at Mercedes Benz KC-South. Everything was ready when I arrived there after a long drive from New York and the transaction was completed quickly and efficiently such that I was in and out and on my way to a barbecue lunch in no time. The salesman and finance manager were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this dealership to you.

This was probably the best experience I have had

This was probably the best experience I have had purchasing on automobile. Everyone was extremely professional, and the process was streamlined. Everything that was promised was delivered in a timely fashion. My sales person, Carter,was awesome!
