I am writing this at 2:00 am my tranmission went out .

I am writing this at 2:00 am my tranmission went out . I was 2,800 dollars away from paying off my car. I usually took it to Firestone for oil changes so I will admit I could have done a better job I don't know a whole lot about cars. I don't want to say it's because I am a woman. But when I found out it was the transmission I had hesitation. The car was a 2019 and it had 105.000 milles and I don't have that kind of money I work really hard for everything I have. I felt like the mechanic talked me into it he kept saying you will get nothing for the car, I told him my greatest fear is that there would be something else wrong with it. There shouldn't be he said I know he couldn't predict the future and he was probably trying to help, but he didn't always return my calls and when I arrived to inquire about it he said I was just going to call you. You need a new motor. Imagine how crushed I was I had to put over 7 000 dollars on a credit card and I got a personal loan so I could pay it off only to drive off the lot and I could barely drive down the street and I have nothing to show for the 7,000 dollars the car doesn't work. If I had just sold it for parts I could have taken the loan money a put it towards a new car. You guys did the work got paid for it and I have to pay a loan off on a non working car . I wouldn't mind so much if car exactly worked the engine light that wasn't on originally is on the car shakes and I can go only 20 miles an hour and I am out 7,000 dollars. Long story short if someone decides to junk their car and you can't 💯 guarantee don't talk them into it now I have no transportation

Mike is the best he is very personable.

Mike is the best he is very personable. He truly cares about his customers as people not as just a paycheck or sale. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from him and my oldest son has also bought a car from him along with his girlfriend so it is a family place.
