Love Bob Sight Ford

We have purchased several vehicles from Bob Sight Ford over the years. They have continually gone out of their wait to find us the right vehicle for the right price. When our previous sales rep retired, Danny Smith picked up right where he left off and got us a great deal on our new (used) Explorer!!

Amazing Car Buying Experience

5 star experience! Danny was extremely helpful, polite and informative. I felt not pressure to buy what’s so ever. The team even stayed late after business hours to finish the deal with me. I left feeling confident with my decision and thrilled with the price.

Not enough stars! The BEST

Couldn’t of made it any easier. No pressure, listened to my needs and wants, made it happen!! Wasted so much time at other dealers but found David Whittaker and I am set. Bob Sight Ford should of been my first stop!

Out of state purchase

My salesperson, DW, and the finance staff worked closely with me to make my out of state purchase go smoothly. When I arrived the car was superclean, parked out front and ready for me. They got me in and out of the dealership within one hour .

Great people and service

They had the truck i wanted and emery went above and beyond through the whole process. He got me the trade in value i was wanting for my truck right away. Instead of time spent haggling over trade in like a few other dealers i dealt with, he went right into working on getting the new truck into the price range i was wanting and took a lot of time going over finance options that were best for me. There was absolutely no pressure. Instead of pressuring me when i was hesitant, he took more time going over options. After everything was finalised, it was well past closing time and it was miserably cold. He helped me move all my stuff over from my old truck and then went over the features and options in the new truck. He took his time and made sure i understood everything he was showing me. Then when i came back to drop off the title for my trade in, he spent at least an hour taking the time for me to download the apps and walk me through setting my phone up with the truck. The help and time he spent after the sale was great.

2018 Ford Explorer - Good experience

David was a very no-pressure salesman and we ended up buying the Explorer he recommended we test drive. He must have known what would please us -- even the color and model! Appreciated his helpful attitude and customer service and patience showing all the technology features available since this was our first new vehicle in 10 years.

Good experience without undue sales pressure.

We appreciated the safety concern shown by David Whitaker when we first spoke to him by having us come inside and sit down to shop. We did not have to walk thru the icy lot and the car was bought up to the front door and was cleaned of snow and warmed up. He showed us all the features and answered all questions.

"Very pleasant buying experience"

All my communication with Emery was effortless. He answered all my calls immediately and followed up exactly the way he promised. Even though there was an ice and rain storm, when I arrived for my appointment Emery was out in the freezing, icy rain, clearing off the vehicle to be pulled inside so I could take an up close look and go for a test drive. He answered all my questions honestly and at no time tried to pressure me, but helped guide me through the buying process. From arrival at the showroom until driving off with my new vehicle the entire process was fast, smooth, and non stressful. Thanks to Emery for being a true customer representative.

New 2018 F-150 Platinum Truck

A great experience. Traded a 2009 F-150 in on this 2018 F-150 Platinum. We have purchased several vehicles from Bob Sight here in Lees Summit. They are great to deal with. Tim Cain is a great sales person. Low pressure and meets your needs. They search for and go the exact truck I was looking for. They also have a great service group - for years of dependable service and maintenance. Highly recommended.
