was really disappointed I bought a truck from you guys in the location on Noland road I gave 12k as a downpayment it was. A 2019 gmc sierra the truck broke down after a week you guys didn't want to pay for the repair I had to pay it after a month it broke down again from transmission and I had to pay again then after 3 months the truck broke down from the engine it needed a new engine. And you guys didn't want to cover it I went every single day to talk to the manager I talk to Alex and Joel supposed to be the managers and didn't give me no solution the cost of the repair was 10k l end up giving the truck back. Because. It was nomore working.

We agreed on price for pickup to be 39,000 plus giving us 24,000 for our car. They did give us 24,000 for ours but increased the price of the pick-up to over 44,000. The finance person talked incessantly while we was signing. He would not let the extra warranty thing go. He just kept it up until we bought one. We was there all day. If they had done what we agreed on we should of had a difference of 15,000. Instead we was basically ghosted. We did get 2 calls that went no where.

This place is a joke! False advertising! Lists a car on Cars.com for one price, then get to the dealership and the car is actually $3000 higher than advertised. We wanted to but the car that day and they would net sell it for that price. I Will NEVER set foot in another Cable Dahmer Dealership. The wasy they do business is just WRONG.

Very very unprofessional, ran my credit just to play numbers games without even sending it to the bank. Then was very dismissive when I voiced my concerns, has side conversations not work related with other employees while I was asking questions about them wanting to run my credit twice. No one wanted to give me the owners information to voice my concerns, he continued talking with other employees, and the assistant manager told me to look it up on the website. This is the worst service I ever received well trying to purchase a car. I’m a returning customer as I purchased my car brand new from there in 2019. This will be the last time I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I did not receive a call for the estimate, I had to call. I requested it to be completed by 3:15 and was completed at 5:15. I had to call to find out it was finished because I was never called. The service used to be better there.

My vehicle was brought in for a brake assist service
My vehicle was brought in for a brake assist service warning on dash and oil change. Even though the vehicle has warranty coverage was told there would be a diagnosis charge of $179 which would be waived if the repair was determined to be covered by the warranty. So what choice is there but to accept. The repair ticket says it could be battery and customer declined to replace at $608.31. So the diag fee was charged. Basically a $300 oil change!
