I don’t like the way the customer rep for tires approaches me .The way he talked was not customer friendly,I haven’t started with the advisor and he already started talking about my tires.. He should waited ist then give his opinions.

Great service,the agent kept me abreast of work being done,as well as other service I should consider having performed. My only negative was the wait time.

Geoffrey was excellent, kept me informed, honest and always friendly. I had my oil changes done at a different dealer because it was closest when we moved to NC. It was always a hassle, once they forgot an important part which affected breaking which could have landed me dead. Now we are north Raleigh. Very professional. Geoffrey is excellent. Wish they did not have their desks where they hear the garage doors crash down. That has to be hard for the employees all day. The doors are loud! Please change this, not for customers but for employees. We are looking at the plug in Rav 4 next. Very pleased with our hybrid.
