From my husband: Let me start by saying that I really deeply dislike the traditional car-buying experience. In the past, I’ve worked with a broker so... I didn’t have to go to a dealership. Unfortunately the last vehicle I wanted to buy was rare enough that the transaction had to happen through a dealership. My wife has bought her last four vehicles through the Niello dealerships and has told me how amazing the experience was for years. I am now a convert to the Niello experience because of Raz at Niello Audi. Raz is a true Audi lover, which makes him the ideal person to sell them. He was able to demonstrate what the RS5 can do from a place of true understanding, rather than just being a salesman giving me a pitch. He is clearly an Audi fan, which makes him the ideal person to shepherd new buyers through the process. The financing process was smooth and easy with Nicole and everyone stayed late to let us finish up, get the car detailed, and show me the ins and outs of the car. I especially appreciate Niello’s “second delivery” process, which takes into the account that trying to learn everything about the car the day you buy it is unreasonable. You come back a few weeks later and they give you a more in depth introduction to all of the systems; it also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that have come up during your first few weeks of driving the car. I decided to upgrade my 3 yr oldA6 to a new 2015 A6...saw a vehicle that met my configurations / options and color choices and contacted Kyle Fazelian... of their internet sales team..first, I must say how impressed i was with his ability and efforts to get quickly back to me by either email or personal phone to answer my questions and help formulate a deal which I considered to be very fair in price and competitive...we were able to decide on a lease payment over the phone and all of my paperwork was pre -processed before my arrival and the car held for me in good faith until I could take time to drive down from my home to complete the purchase at end of week....this is how internet car sales should proceed.....after arrival, I found the facility top notch and the paperwork process of purchasing the lease for this vehicle was quick and concise with the exact amount on the final financing unchanged from Mr. Fazelian's earlier estimates...I was most impressed by the time which was allotted to me after paperwork completion in order to be educated and instructed on how to use the many new safety technologies on the new A6.....this was roughly a 2 and a half our exercise on a busy Saturday when Mr. Fazelian could have easily rushed me thru to serve other potential buyers but he chose to do the right thing and "complete" the purchase to make certain that I was satisfied and fully able to use my new car accordingly.....after the sale he has been in contact with me several times to answer a few nit pick tech question, found all of the answers for such queries and never waived from his duty to make me satisfied..this type of attitude is unique for most car dealers and especially for the purchase of a new Audi for which technology is king..a salesperson needs to make certain that his customer "get it" in regards to using their new purchase optimally..for this, I am very grateful and will return to their dealership for more purchases in the future
I just went to Niello this past weekend for a new car, surprisingly I didn't purchase an Audi but a 2013 Prius IV. I had a black 2010 Prius IV that I was... looking to trade in; I wanted a newer Prius IV in the blizzard white color. I stumbled across Niello Audi from Cars.com; they had the exact Prius I was looking for and it was priced $3,000 under the Kelly Blue Book price. I sent Niello an email; I received a prompt phone call and email from Cain Carter the Internet Sales Manager. When I arrived the car was parked out front ready to test drive! After the test drive we went into the office, I gave him my information which he quickly entered into the computer to generate an application (no long paper application process!); I reviewed the information and signed the application. The deal was perfect, per my request he was able to give me more for my trade, my new interest rate was 60% less than what I was paying for my old car and my payments were less than my original request. We shook hands; they gave me (and my husband) an Audi key chain and an Audi tote bag (to remove any of my belongings out the old car). I met with the Finance Manager who was very respectful and considerate as I didn't feel any sales presure. We went over all the paperwork; I signed, paid my down payment and was done. It literally felt like I was in and out of there. Everything was clear, concise and transparent. I understood everything about the transaction, overall it was very pleasant experience. My appointment was at 10am and I was out of the dealership by 1pm, which includes the test drive! If you know what kind of car you want, like me, working with Cain is the absolute best option.
I have purchased 4 cars (S8,S6,Q5 hybrid,Q7 tdi)and am about to swap into a A8 tdi over the last 8 years or so from Niello Audi and they could not be more... professional. The whole experience from discussing which car is right for me and my family's needs to the actual purchases (or lease) was smooth and fair. In an incredibly competitive arena these guys are the best. I have checked their prices and they are never out of line. Cain Carter does a great job as well - from the sale to all follow- up items.
