The ability to do most of the purchase over the phone and online was great. Emily and Lou were extremely helpful and kind. All I had to do was drive there and pick up the car. I was so happy to not have to drive there 2 or three times.

Excellent communication and customer service from Emily and the rest of the staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful before and after the purchase. Compared to other dealers on Cars.com, Mitchell had a very competitive price. I'll definitely be going back for repairs and maintenance for my new Saab.

Mitchell Volvo was great !!! This is my third from them . Ozzie was my salesperson and he was the best . Ozzie does speak Arabic that was a big plus for my family .
