I went in with my 2017 Nissan Maxima. My two front headlamps have developed Haze and grime inside them. Service manager Chris winter refuses to honor ... Their warrantees. 2100.00 on me to fix them ? What’s the point of a full Warantee. They don’t stand behind their word Or Warrantees.
THIS DEALERSHIP WILL SCAM YOU...... I've leased 3 cars from Quirk, they tell you that if you come back and re lease from them they will give special consideration... for mileage and ware its all BS. The manager Jerry Dal will deceive you. He went out of his way to make up an entire conversation that NEVR happened to justify a over mileage expense that they specifically agreed to cover. Customer service is a cliché' that they over use. Be careful of the sales conversation that it ends up on a sales document, say one thing to get the sale then switch it to a company favorable document . Don't do business with them they will cheat and lie to get the deal at any cost. Customer service means find a way to fix a problem and not hold the line on behalf of the company. Managers do not solve issues they protect the company at the customers expense. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT DOES NOT EXIST AT QUIRK NISSAN.
My husband and I had been shopping around for a new car. We where in and out of dealerships for the last week. We stopped at the Nissan dealership on... So. Artery in Quincy and was greeted by Salesman, Maher Boles . It was a pleasure to deal with him. He was straight forward, and because of him, we bought a new car at the Quirk dealership. Bob & Linda
I discussed purchasing a specific car with them. They confirmed the appointment this morning to go over details. Arrived to find they already sold the... car. They wasted 2 hours of my time.
im a new shop just opening , get a customer in with a o5 nissan altima , the ignition coils where burning up , found a bad negative battery cable ( common... problem ) spent the day looking over wiring after the car still wouldn't start , had no injector pulse , found the ECM faulty , had to tow the car to quirk to have that job done ( most shops cant reprogram computers , common practice ) i get a call from quirk saying the new ecm is bad and that they wouldnt work on the car because " it was too old , had too many miles on it " , but when i called to set up the appointment , they had no problem taking it in ( even though it was " old" ) they knew the problem ahead of time , but when faced with a difficult situation , they tell me we wont work on the car , ILL NEVER DEAL WITH QUIRK NISSAN AGAIN !!!! EVER , after how i was treated there
It was and outstanding experience for me to have a sales person who was so knowledgeable of the vehicle and the process for me to acquire my new vehicle-... He was very professional and straight forward with the application process and wasted no time in getting me approved for the best rate available for me- I would definitely recommend Mr- Yaw to any of my family or friends who are in the market for a new vehicle-
This Dealership is Fraudulent Place and false internet prices. Dishonest inadequate procedures for trades ins. Me and my wife recently lost our good credit... , the new car purchased and our 2011 old car. so, means not any. We just lost everything we got. Frustrating Experience at the time to make a purchased.when is supposed to be a happy Experience!Our life turn in an nightmare in here!. What happened???? I guess we choose the wrong place to buy a car! Please! don't go there even to ask! Stay Away!!!!
I purchased a new car at Quirk Nissan a couple of weeks ago, and they were fantastic. This is the 4th car I have purchased from this location and I have... had a great experience every time. This time though, I dealt with a gentleman named Tom Sforza. He is fairly new to the business but I would send anyone to him. He dealt with me in a respectful and professional manner and I was very pleased.
Wide selection, professional staff, fair price. Buying experience seamless. would definately recommend freinds to purchase at Quirk and ask for Muheeb... !!!
