HOLY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I am blown away by this Nissans staff and willingness to help during the process of purchasing a new vehicle. They helped me prior to coming to the dealership over the phone and walked me through every step of the way in person. The entire team went above and beyond to help with matters beyond just signing for the car and followed up the next day without me needing to. Cannot say enough how much I appreciated them!

The dealership has not provided adequate service for us.

The dealership has not provided adequate service for us. The service manager is cocky and insulting. We have had nothing but problems with our Nissan Versa since we bought it new in 2012. We have had nothing but issues and bringing it back no issues were ever found except suggestions to what the issues may be and that it may cost thousands of dollars to repair without exactly pinpointing the issues.

I went to Quirk Nissan today to buy my lease out.

I went to Quirk Nissan today to buy my lease out. They were not happy that I didn't want to lease or buy a new car. After listening to their argument of why it's a bad idea (honest reason would be that they aren't making money off of me buying it out) I told them I just wanted to info on financing the buyout and also the total cash payout amount. He came back showing me ridiculous payment plans and 5% interest rate (I have perfect credit, so should definitely get lowee than 5%) so I told them I have the cash, just tell me what the cash buyout will be today!! He quoted me a number over 5k more than I owe on the vehicle! So I questioned him and he showed me the list of bogus fees. They actually tried to charge me $2800 for the title!!!!! A title cost $75 in Massachusetts!!! They also added $100 to what I owe on the car and tried to charge an additional $400 "documentation fee" on top of the $300 dealer return fee!!!! I told them the charges were BS!!! I immediately went outside and called Nissan Finance who actually laughed that they had the audacity to try to charge me over $3000.00 extra!!! The woman at the finance company took it upon her self to file a complaint against the dealership!!! Rotimi Abu, sales and Sean are both scam artists!!! So be aware of the charges and fees they are trying to make you pay!!! Do your homework and know what is correct and what isn't!!

Steer clear of Quirk Nissan

Rotimi and Sean are thieves!! I went to my dealer, Quirk Nissan, today to buy my lease out. They were not happy that I didn't want to lease or buy a new car. After listening to their argument of why it's a bad idea (honest reason would be that they aren't making money off of me buying it out) I told them I just wanted the info on financing the buyout and also the total cash payout amount. He came back showing me ridiculous payment plans, so I told them I have the cash, just tell me what the cash buyout will be today!! He quoted me a number over 5k more than I owe on the vehicle! Quirk Will Not Back Its Own Vehicle

In 2013 I purchased a 2012 Nissan Leaf. Great vehicle - works like charm. Recently, I received a quote from Quirk to replace the battery bank, which Quirk employees stated was good for 90 days. Approximately, two weeks after receiving the quote, Quirk called me and stated that they refuse to do the job because, "It is not a good deal for you." I explained that I am willing to pay their price as quoted. The service rep. replied, "Sorry." So, if you expect Quirk Nissan to stand behind the product you purchased from them, you are only kidding yourself.

Great experience

My husband and I recently traded in a vehicle and purchased a new 2021 Rogue from Quirk Nissan. The whole experience was painless, quick, and thorough. Sean Buckley was a pleasure to work with and got me the exact car I wanted in a 2 week turnaround (which seems very difficult in these COVID days). Mike was also extremely thorough in explaining all of the driving & tech features and answered all of our questions without hesitation. I would absolutely recommend Quirk and Sean to anyone looking into the Nissan lineup! Happy and safe driving :)

Dishonest company

I decided to get a new car but specifically stated that if I couldn’t get gap coverage then I wouldn’t buy a new car. This happened in 12/2020, a few weeks ago I received a random refund check in the mail without any explanation. I called Nissan and spoke with Sean in sales. He was unable to provide any details but said he would call the bank and ask then he would call me back. However a week later I didn’t hear back so I called him again. He said that he would call the bank that day and call me back. So he informed me that the bank canceled this gap coverage and applied a credit to my account and gave a the other credit in a check. Weird right? I called the bank and was told that are not responsible for gap coverage and that it looks like I wasn’t sold the gap coverage through the dealer. I am annoyed that I was deceived and that Quirk was dishonest. My entire experience was horrible and I will never purchase any cars with Quincy Nissan/Quirk. This car had many issues after I purchased it. Then to find out that I was misinformed and lied to not once but twice is pretty disappointing.
