! Extremely accommodating, patient, and so personable. Everyone there from my sales person (Jason), the manager (Lou), and the finance person (Sandra)... were some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were totally transparent and honest throughout the entire transaction. I will definitely be a life-long Ocean Honda of Weymouth customer. You MUST give them a try. I'm constantly trading in and out of cars and have dealt with many other dealerships, Air Force veteran (so I've been around), and trust me, you'll be a customer for life. If for any reason you're not hitting it off with your sales person, see Lou - he will make everything right, he always does!

2017 crv (leased), just noticed 2 weeks ago that the driver's side mirror has melted and the plastic around the fender has bubbled. Was told by the dealership... that it was from the sun?! I live in the northeast, car is parked close to my home. No one stipulated I needed a garage in order to own a Honda CRV. No problem the last 2 summers. This lease is up in September and the dealership expects me to pay for it. I was contemplating purchasing the car, but according to Honda forums, this will happen again.

Going through the lemon law process and I am appalled that the manager has not reached out at all, mind you I was in for service 3x the month I purchased... the vehicle that was delivered with only 5 miles on it. If someone purchased a $47,000 vehicle from me, or ANY vehicle for that matter, and had so many problems so quickly I would reach out. I would never purchase another vehicle from here again. I wanted to deal with this at the dealer level now I have to go through arbitration and not once has anyone said we are sorry you’re having these issues with your brand new vehicle, let’s see how we can resolve this.
I recently had a 5-star experience at Ocean Honda and am so glad we decided to stop in on a Sunday afternoon. Jason and Lou were so easy to work with and... we cannot say enough positive things about them. From the moment we stepped in, Jason was so accommodating to any requests we had. He went above and beyond to show us exactly what we were looking for and was beyond transparent throughout the whole process. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he would quickly find out and follow back up with us. That type of Customer Service is becoming a lost art and I believe should he acknowledged. You will not regret visiting Ocean Honda — ask for Jason or Lou.

2 months ago I traded in my HRV lease for a Honda Civic. I want to say that I love the Civic and it's a great car , but please , I beg you , go to another... dealership. I'm 22 years old and I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding cars , which Ocean Honda of Weymouth quickly picked up on after speaking to me for a few minutes. After getting the car , a lot of my friends and family were concerned when they learned that I had been talked into paying 615 a month for a Honda Civic LEASE. I was not made aware of the price until I had signed the paper work , which , being an inexperienced buyer , I thought was normal. Come to find out , after talking to my friend who works prime, it was broken down to me that they had hid thousands and thousands of dollars into my lease. The sum of the amount I pay for the lease is almost more than the actual value of the car. I have gone in multiple times to try to resolve this. Finally , I brought my friend in to talk to them , as he is also a sales consultant. After my friend asked calmly to speak to the manager , the sales man that had sold me the car claimed that he was the manager (Bassam Eskaf) is the sales man that sold me my car and then lied about being the manager! He then told my friend that he would try to turn the lease into a finance, in which he would profit even more. My friend and I left and I then went to Mcgovern Honda. They were very helpful and helping me further understand how taken advantagr of I was. There is nothing I can do. I am struggling to pay my bills. please stay away from this dealership. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and telling all my friends to stay away. Go to a dealership like Prime or Mcgovern instead , where they actually care about their reputation and customer service.

I am struggling with exactly the same issue related to my 2009 Honda Acord and Honda CRV 2008. This is going on for last 3 yrs or more. I got appointment... for both cars over the phone after two weeks of waiting. We brought both cars for servicing then they said that appointment is for only one car. We have to wait two more weeks for another car. Horrible! Listen to your recordings to know the truth. They worked on airbag recall and asked us to pick car as they cant replicate engine sound issue. It was very well explained to the staff and service manager that you need to rest engine for 2-3 hrs to replicate the issue. They asked us to leave the car in the night so they can replicate the issue but now the lady at reception is arguing and not cooperating. Waiting for service manager call but not much hope. All staffs speaks same language in same tone as if they are doing charity. as per recommendation, all breaks and rotors, all four tires, transmission and other fluids were changed twice in a year for Honda CRV but still struggling with same issue for more than 3-4 years. Waiting for the recommendation and will update the post again. Just to summarize, i live nearby but i didn't buy any of our 3 Honda cars from you guys. Just because our friends warned us about such bad service and behaviors of staffs. I have strong feeling that they were right. I wont recommend it to my friends too.

I what would you consider a bad case I had a car that had no value and I still owed money on it with high interest but Ocean Honda of Weymouth help me... out and specially Jason Zimbran was really patient with me and gave a me a good deal on a brand new car
