Loyal Ocean Honda Customer for 6+ years!

Loyal Ocean Honda Customer for 6+ years! Came back to them in a real tough bind after my beloved Pilot was totaled and I stupidly bought a Nissan to replace it....BIG mistake. From the MINUTE I walked into Ocean to work with Kellayne, I felt right at home. I was welcomed and assured that I would get the help I needed. Kellayne , Nick and Sandra in finance went ABOVE and BEYOND to get a deal done. Kellayne was quick, intelligent and kind! They worked tirelessly on the approval and got me into my dream 23' Passport! I cannot say enough good things about Kellayne , Nick (sales manager) and Sandra in finance! Every time I got to Ocean, Im welcomed with a smile and I know I will be well taken care of!! I would reccomend over and over to family and friends my TEAM at Ocean Honda Hanover!

I brought my car in for service after having it serviced

I brought my car in for service after having it serviced in a different location. I had to bring it back to them six times and the problem was not resolved. I brought it in to Honda and they diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. No return for further work. A huge relief. Not sure why I tried a different mechanic. Probably because I was out of warranty. I won’t make that mistake again

I was encountering a problem and didn’t feel safe

I was encountering a problem and didn’t feel safe driving. The concierge referred me to Max Pastore who did a superb job getting the car checked out. Problem ended up being minor and was easily corrected. Kudos to the concierge and Max -great customer service!!

I must say I have been to many Dealership and although, I

I must say I have been to many Dealership and although, I didn’t purchase a vehicle here. Jason the GM was welcoming as I walked in. Most importantly we Dealt with Mr. Sam Hasan and I would recommend asking for him if you want a good experience. Worked very hard for us but Unfortunately I was just a bit Short My self from making a deal. Will refer people in future and will certainly Service my car here. Thank you

I purchased a vehicle at this dealership during Memorial

I purchased a vehicle at this dealership during Memorial Day Weekend , and the only positive experience was dealing with the salesman, Nathaniel Franco. Do not expect to meet a manager or owner after your purchase, and expect to be pushed into purchasing up to 3 separate maintenance packages. I will not recommend this Dealership.

EVIL = AVOID = BAD.

EVIL = AVOID = BAD. Ocean Honda of Hanover is Dishonest, Unreliable and Lies to Customers. I sent an on-line email/message - inquiring about a specific vehicle's Availability and Location (Brockton or Hanover). Is it still for Sale? Where can I go to Test Drive it? No response. Rather - numerous SPAM text messages were sent to my personal Cell phone. No answer or clarification to my questions & unwanted solicitations sent for other vehicles. On Thur 5/15, I called the Hanover location to follow-up on the vehicle. I spoke with the Sales Manager (Nick). who informed me it was in Hanover and still Available for Sale. On Friday 5/16 at 2pm, I received another call from Bridget (a sales rep for Nick), asking if I was still interested & if I would be arriving to test drive this Available vehicle in Hanover. I told her - great – yes, I will be driving down from Boston and be there within 2 hours. Upon arrival in Hanover, I was introduced to Manny (another Sales rep) - who would take me on a test run. Manny immediately asked me what other vehicles I wanted to test drive. My answer - NONE - I drove down to drive the vehicle I inquired about and that was here for me to purchase. Manny went to "get the vehicle" (aka..walked around the lot), came back and told me the vehicle was alreadly Sold to another customer the AM at 10am. Again. AVOID this place - Dishonest, Lies, and Not Trust Worthy – not a good way to do Business, from the get-go.
