This S 580 is my tenth Mercedes Benz vehicle and the best one yet. Jon Lehane and the entire crew at Viti Mercedes are the absolute BEST (why would you even consider another dealership)? They are very professional and I myself wouldn't bring my car for service anywhere else. They are kind and keep you 100% informed with anything they do prior to the service. Susan, my representative at Viti is absolutely wonderful and thank god she told me to bring in my car for a check engine light as it turned out to be a major repair and was still under warranty! Awesome Representative and very professional.

My car went in twice for work that was covered under warranty the people I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable helpful and expedited all my concerns I want to commend everyone there for making me feel at ease and taking the time to make me feel comfortable with all the repairs

Service is outstanding been a client since 2003. If you choose to spend the money to purchase a Mercedes-Benz why not let the best sevice it. Can't say enough as to satisfied my wife and I are with Viti they set a standard no other dealership I have ever used even comes close to.
