My wife scheduled an appointment online six days in

My wife scheduled an appointment online six days in advance. The day of, I received a voicemail three hours before the scheduled time, informing me that a 4:10 PM appointment time was not available. Since my wife is a teacher, we were not able to make an earlier appointment. When I called to reschedule and voiced my frustration, they put some puffed up xxxxxxx on the line that was not empathetic, apologetic, or professional. I asked for his name, and he refused to give it to me. He forwarded me to the service manager’s voicemail “Nick”, who did not return my call. This is not the treatment that I would expect at a high-end dealer that made a scheduling mistake that literally derailed my day. Since I am approaching lease end, this has convinced me that Lexus and anything sold by O’Brien will be a poor choice. Instead of purchasing the car as planned, I’m going to have it serviced by Toyota and trade it in on another brand, so I don’t have to deal with the unprofessionalism and lack of caring exhibited by “you don’t need to know my name

Looking at 2024 Lexus RX350 "h" for hybrid.

Looking at 2024 Lexus RX350 "h" for hybrid. I was directed to salesperson Jae Chun. Current Lexus a 2015 RX 350. Jae was totally upfront and professional: answering questions; informing of the substantial technology and safety improvements; and most importantly, availability / wait time, especially if not willing to compromise/accept less than the preferred "bells and whistle's". BOTTOM LINE - Jae and the staff of Lexus of Tacoma found the right car (NX350h), with plenty of "bells and whistle's", the right price - and delivered it in 3 days. TOUCHDOWN! Even better, the "hybrid" driving experience is growing on me.
