Extremely poor communication between CSR and vehicle
Extremely poor communication between CSR and vehicle owner. The link for the tracking/update software was never updated. You could not use it to see what was being done on your vehicle. I don't know why it's even sent out. Also, the pay link that is sent out has never worked as well. Waste of money and time. That has been the case the past three times my vehicles have been there in the past two years. You have to call and push the CSR to give you info. Very poor experiences. Very poor communication. Sad that Coyle Chevrolet is the only GMC dealer near where I live. They would be out of business if they had competition close to them. I only use them because they are my closest option for repairs. Yes GM, please use this post and publish my experience.

They were very considerate , however they did not reach
They were very considerate , however they did not reach out to me about my filters , they contacted my brother Doug instead. A little slow in changing my oil and filters . They were busy so I will give the a break.

No communication. Always problems with this or that. Always delay after delay. The dealership should keep their customers informed of progress. And when they say they are going to call you back, then call the customer back!

Came in for an oil change and have my Surburban and have it checked for the recall. They would not do the recall. In my 2022 Surburban, I had 2 engines fail and was really hoping to have the 2023 checked.
