I went to look at a used car at Coyle Chevrolet in Clarksville. I live 45 minutes away, and I have driven here not once, twice, but THREE times to look... at the SAME car! Why? Because everytime I come to look at it, something else broke and it’s “in service”. Then during the test drive, the back hatch would not open, so they need to “put it back in service” the salesman, Gary was very nice and I could tell he felt bad. The manager was NO help nor did he ask if he could do anything. The only reason I kept coming back is because I loved the car so much! I’m going obviously elsewhere to find another car. This is my third and FINAL time leaving this dealership frustrated and out 50 miles worth of gas! Ridiculous!
Horrible customer service. would not recommend buying from them. very shady and unprofessional. sales manager was a jerk. clearly they don't value... their customers. glad we didn't purchase from them.

just now I called up the dealership to make an appointment to test drive a vehicle I was interested , I came in and met Gary Rogge that is who this guy... Ted told me to ask for , we drove the car , it was nice , except it needed a few things replaced , I went home to think it over and the next day I received a text from Ted , he ask how my experience was driving the truck and what I thought I explained my concerns and that if the issues could be resolved that we could do business ! He came back after consulting the sales manager and said that they could take care of issues that I had stated ! And proceeded to ask me to fill out a credit application which I did over the phone with Ted on July the 20th ! I text him later that day and he did not respond , he finally text me Monday to ask if I am still interested ! Umm yeah I have been waiting for you to get back that is why I filled out a credit app! He text back I do apologize, I had some weather issues Give me just a few moments to get with Gary Rogge! Then he ask me my income and job title which I already gave in the application over the phone ! I text again later Monday and ask if someone was going to let me know something ? He replied Yes sir, our finance department has been very busy but we are working on it! Then after texting and calling Ted to no avail I finally get Gary Rogge to answer on Friday the 27th !!! He responds with this text ! I understand,the problem is that both of those dodge trucks have sold on the same day, if there is a different truck that you would like???umm no and if these trucks sold why did you run my credit through the system if the vehicle that you were supposed to be selling me has already been sold! Shady mother xxxxers is all I can say ! I’ve never dealt with a dealer ship as shady and Disrespectful as this they would not answer there phone to talk about it after I expressed how angry I was , pretty sad when two grown men Gary Rogge and Mr Ted are still waiting for there nuts to drop can’t find the curtesy to even apologize!, he said you didn’t make a deposit well no I didn’t because I thought that the text that I received from Ted was enough of an agreement ! It clearly read ! Ok Great news, spoke with Greg my sales manager, and he will take care of those things list in your text, so is it ok that I send you over the pre approv!

Purchased a new Malibu from coyle in 2016 at 50k miles my drivers window stuck in the down position. Took it to coyle service department to diagnose the... issue. And I was Issued a quote for $550.00 they said my window regulator and switch was bad . I had to decline. Went to a reputable mechanic in the local area and he diagnosed it said my switch was bad and repaired it for 125.00 this really makes me think back to the other things they have done for me in the past.
I like my salesman, have purchased 6 vehicles from Tim. The finance dept has been great also. The service dept has worked on my vehicles several times... for various things and I'm always left hanging by the customer service reps. I can never get a call back about my car, never get anyone on the phone , leave messages and noone calls me back. Follow up is null. And the fact that the onky person that can help you is the ONE person that checked you in. So you drop your car off and they are out sick or vacation and you are forgotten about.
