Terrible customer service

Bought a new vehicle from Coyle and after they receive your money good luck on getting them to return your call if you have problems. They charged us MS sales tax and did not send this to MS. In the process of returning the car if they will answer the phone/emails! No way we are paying double tax on 80,000 car.

Worse customer service of all the dealers I have dealt with over 30 years. I hope you have no issues with your vehicle because if you do you’ll be ghosted. In the beginning it’s all great, Till you have issues or need warranty work.

Ripped Off by Coyle Chevrolet GMC Clarksville IN

AAA transported my 2011 GMC to Coyle Dealersihip in Clarksville, Indiana because it was running HOT. The dealership supposedly diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and they phoned to tell me the cost for the repairs, which was $1,477.00. . I gave Bob Hunt, the service manager permission to make to make these repairs and I picked my car up about 2nd week in March 2022.. After about 4 months after repairs was made and I paid the dealership the car ran hot again. I phoned phoned Coyle to express that my car was running hot again and that I was going to have Triple AAA to bring the back to the dealership. I told Bob Hunt I believe my car had been miss diagnosed. He said will get back with you. When he phoned me back he told me that I my vehicle needed a Heating Coil and it would cost about $1,900.00. Apparently that should have been the first and only diagnosis. I had my vehicle by AAA to a reputable dealership. I believe I should be given a refund. I spoke with Bob Hunt and told him my vehicle had gotten hot

Terrible

Terrible so they talked me into the best extended warranty assured me everything would be fixed and 5 months after purchasing the vehicle it’s broke down and they will not fix it … so not even a year after buying its broke down and they won’t fix it… what a joke they will get sued one day. So until they uphold there end of the contract they won’t be getting any money from me

Crooks

Do not trust these people! They sold me a car and I had to pay extra for coverage/warranty for the motor but now it is sitting in a parking lot not running and they tell me that they can't even work on the vehicle because it's a Volkswagen so the extra I paid is worthless because I will have to pay another dealership to fix the car anyway!! I have had nothing But trouble witb this vehicle since I bought it and regret ever coming here. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I have done so much better with just going to little used car lots. I have spent 1/4 the cost on cars that I have drove for several years and not had this kind of problem. This place has left me with a payment and no vehicle to drive! This place is a complete rip off and will take everything they can get from you!

Poor service overall in service department

Nathan was amazing otherwise a subpar experience. I was told by another advisor you had no time to look at my car so I had it repaired elsewhere. The auto attendant is horrible customer service if someone actually has a question. I made a special trip to stop there before having my car repaired elsewhere. Customer service experience has gone from an 8 to less than zero. Clients want a Disney experience not a Motel 6 experience in this business.
