I went into Toyota of Hollywood for my 5000 mile service.

I went into Toyota of Hollywood for my 5000 mile service. Changing my cabin and motor filters was recommended so I agreed. When reviewing the charge of over $300 later I looked up both filters and found they would have cost $23 to buy on line. I've been a long time customer but in the future will be more discerning in order to avoid being gouged.

It is not easy for me to spend $50,000 but Yegor made

It is not easy for me to spend $50,000 but Yegor made purchasing a new vehicle fun. He was professional yet curious and knew his product very well. I will recommend him to anyone who I know interested in a new vehicle.

Very bad experience at Toyota of Hollywood.

Very bad experience at Toyota of Hollywood. During the financing process, the finance manager Luis Otero added warranties and extra protection plans that I clearly said I did not want. I specifically told him that I only wanted GAP insurance. When I asked why the total price was so high, he said that prices had increased, which was misleading. Later, when I reviewed the documents on the USB provided by the dealership, I discovered that additional plans had been added without my approval. I also traded in two vehicles as part of this purchase on February 8. Almost a month later, the dealership still has not paid off the loans for my trade-in vehicles with the banks. When I ask for proof of payment, they say it has already been done but they do not provide any documentation. This situation is very concerning and unprofessional. I recommend that customers carefully review every document before signing anything with the finance department.

I had a very bad experience with Toyota of Hollywood. I traded in my vehicle when I purchased a car from this dealership, and it has now been 45 days and my trade-in loan still has not been paid off. Because of this delay, I am still responsible for a loan that the dealership was supposed to pay. I have called multiple times and left messages, but Diana Graterol from Customer Relations never answers the phone, and Ana does not return my phone calls. I also tried to get help from Sales Manager Jose Luis Morales and Finance Manager Luis Otero, but no one has been helpful. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable customer service. When a customer trades in a vehicle, the dealership should handle the payoff promptly and communicate clearly. Right now I feel ignored and unsupported. I hope management takes this seriously and resolves the payoff immediately. Very disappointed with the service from Toyota of Hollywood, especially Diana Graterol, Jose olui Morales, and Luis Otero.
