EXTENDED WARRANTY dispute

10/14/18 From Melvin and Pamela Tolson Sr. We would like to say that both Sean Warrick and Michael Williamson's customer service is outstanding. We had problems with getting our Jeep repaired because the Extended Warranty on our vehicle had to be corrected, therefore it delayed our Jeep from being repaired at the time we brought it into the service department. With their professional service as they went above and beyond their normal duties to help us, our Jeep was finally and promptly repaired, They can help us anytime. Sean and Michael are an asset to DARCARS JEEP.

Waste of time and very poor service!!!

Enter the so called fast lane for an oil change asked what was the wait time was told I was next no cars are ahead of me next representative that I have contact with says 1 hour, 2:30 later truck has not been touched during this time I requested updates twice and the representative forgot about me sheesh I was one of 3 people in the waiting room not to my surprise they also had issues one had been waiting for the manager for over 2 hours, they couldn’t locate the vehicle that was dropped off for a oil change at 10:30am O let me not forget the customer that stormed out cause they sold her a lemon and didn’t want to provide a loaner at there expense. I locate my vehicle back in the express lane to then find out it has not been serviced with a oil change yet and the representative was unaware but he was supposed to check on it two times prior he would have known I demanded my keys and had to call customer service to get a real service center to service my vehicle

Informative

I walked in to get some information on the next SUV purchase I make. Terrell set what he was doing aside and quickly came to assist. He's very knowledgeable on the Jeep brand, answered all questions I had, and provided insight on the different Grand Cherokee trim levels and which one would best fit my needs. I'll be doing business with him soon because of this experience!
