Mu experience went very well.

Mu experience went very well. Gabe my salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable of the Ram 3500. Rosemary in finance was great getting to the payment I could afford.

My purchase of my new Durango went perfectly. I am overly satisfied with my experience at your dealership. My salesman, Gabriel Acosta went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He made sure all the details were resolved and made sure I was happy with the deal and my new vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this was one of my best experiences ever.

I bought a $90,000 HellCat, in cash, from this dealership

I bought a $90,000 HellCat, in cash, from this dealership and two days after I bought it, it started leaking gas. I called them and these xxxxxxxx couldn't even send me a tow truck. I had to pay out of pocket to get it towed back to them. I waited for hours for them to "repair" it, I took it home, and a hour later it was leaking gas again, so I had to come out of pocket to get it towed again, yes, that's twice in one day I had to get it towed. This time, they kept it for two weeks, I asked for a loaner (rental car) and they didn't have one, so I had to go two weeks without a car. Carlos Torres sold it to me, by the way, and he kept hiding and ducking my phone calls. The so called sales manager, Jeff Schillaci, wouldn't answer the phone or return my calls either. I just got my car back, today, and it was completely dirty like it's been sitting under tree for all this time and they only left me with a quarter tank of gas. The least, and I do mean VERY LEAST, that they could've done was give me a car wash and a full tank of gas for my troubles, but I guess customer service is just words and not actions for most businesses, nowadays. This a $90,000 muscle car and they treated it like it was a 1999 Honda Civic. This is America where it's a car dealership on every corner, I'm telling you that you need to drive past this corner. This place is a circus full of clowns...If any one of you ducks from this dealership is reading this, you better be lucky it's a new year and a new me, because the old me would've knocked Jesus over to get to you.

The sales person was great and I got a very good price on

The sales person was great and I got a very good price on my truck. My issues are with the little things. The second key took 4 days to find, registering the truck with Ram Connect took a week (I fixed that) and registering the Lojack system took 2 1/2 weeks. I know this dealership can do better.

This was a first car purchase for me, and coming from out

This was a first car purchase for me, and coming from out of state, Alberto made it very easy for me. Picked me up from the airport while giving me all the information I needed. Honest service, friendly staff, and left happy. Can’t ask for more.

I have bought 4 trucks from University Dodge and 3 of them from babu got to say I has been a hassle free experience would not buy from another dealer. Love my ram trucks.
