I Bought a Jeep from them and had the car 3 weeks.

I Bought a Jeep from them and had the car 3 weeks. They send a “repo” man to my house to recover the car because I wouldn’t resign on a higher price and interest rate 3 weeks later after the sale was already made and the papers signed. I owned the car 3 weeks!!! Never ever buy a car from these scammers. Lawsuit in progress ⚠️

What a wonderful experience I had!

What a wonderful experience I had!!! I was visiting family in Danville, Ky from Rochester, New York and buying a new car wasn’t even in my wheelhouse. My son in law showed me a picture of a 2023 Nissan Rogue that had been traded in 2 days prior. Off we went to see it before they closed on Saturday June 21. Ethan Belcher who is FANTASTIC arranged for Christian to be waiting for us with the keys and off we went! It was a done deal. The perfect car for me! Christian was waiting for us upon return. He made everything perfectly smooth. A deposit was given, Cody handled that professionally and away we went back to my daughter’s home. I couldn’t change my plans to stay later than planned and HAD to head home 2 days later on Monday . HOW in the world am I going to get this car home 600 miles away!?! Ethan and Christian arranged to do the financial part on the phone on Tuesday …. I signed everything online AND I was told my car would be DELIVERED to my driveway on Thursday!!!!! WHAT????? Sure enough Thursday evening Steve Field and Randy Gilbert arrived, unloaded my new car, parked it in my driveway, handed me an envelope with all the paperwork AND put a Ky. temporary tag/ license plate on it! They were completely professional, helpful and this 71 year old grandmother is one HAPPY and satisfied lady!!!!!!! You don’t see this type of professionalism often these days. A HUGE thank you to Bob Allen dealership and everyone who made this transaction easy and actually fun and exciting! YOU ARE THE BEST! Christine DeWitt Farmington, New York

This being my third new vehicle I have been treated very friendly since 2008. Paul Scott and Jim Henderson have been a wealth of knowledge and assistance when I needed them. I have met Mr Allen twice and just as down to earth a man as you’d want to meet. Thank You All
