Scheduled Oil Change and tire rotation.

Scheduled Oil Change and tire rotation. Also 2 new wipers blades. Oil and tire service was great as usual. Passenger side wiper blade was too long and hits side of car holding windshield glass making a lot of noise. Was already home when noticed this. Called service department and informed them of problem and that I wanted old wiper blades put back on. Service worker, June, retrieved old wipers from trash and held them for me. Due to bad weather and roads, it was a couple of days until I was able to return and get old wipers put back on. Was given 2 options to resolve this and choose old wipers and refund of new wiper charge. Aggravating situation was handled to my satisfaction with minimal effort on my part except to have to make another trip to service center which was 20 miles from my house. Also I am a 76 yr old widow lady who has no one else to drive car back for exchange of wipers.

Deon Shannon was so kind and helpful and not a pushy

Deon Shannon was so kind and helpful and not a pushy salesman. He helped me figure out what I was in my price range and what would be best for me. I didn't feel cheated! Emma the finance lady was also very nice and friendly and eased my nervousness's for buying my first car from a dealership. Thanks Deon and Emma!
