He was very knowledgeable about all the products and services Chevrolet offers. Josue, in Finance, was awesome as well. He answered all our questions efficiently and accurately.

They were very helpful in getting me what I wanted however did not detail my new vechile well had go wash it myself. Also you could tell that someone spun tire cause I have gravel pieces I have to scrub off my rear passenger wheel well , exhaust and bumper. However they did get me in what I wanted in a fair amount of time.

Overall excellent first purchasing experience. Our salesperson, Nick Rogers, was relatable, easy-going, and non-pressuring. I’ve bought and sold many vehicles and the experience I had at Dan Cummins stands out among the best I’ve ever had. I live in AL and was searching nationwide for a specific used vehicle and was willing to drive to wherever the right car was. DC had the one I wanted. Some dealers don’t take you seriously when you’re not local and trying to handle the whole transaction remotely but that was not a problem in this case. Internet manager Wade was very professional and responsive and quickly figured out what I was trying to do and connected me w Britt, one of their salespeople. Britt was awesome. Great communication and very professional and handled the whole process flawlessly. Provided a detailed out the door bill of sale on the vehicle I wanted to buy. Got me a fair price on my trade sight unseen. Communicated w my lender to coordinate everything. When I got there the vehicle didn’t disappoint - was exactly as presented online. Britt had it and all the paperwork ready to go. No surprises on the numbers either. Was to the penny what we’d agreed upon. Finance manager and every other DC employee we encountered was just as friendly and professional as Britt too. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Britt even checked to make sure we got home safely and that everything was alright with the car. Don’t hesitate to buy from them - these are some of the rare good guys in this business
