I received very good service, the wait time was not long, and everyone was professional and the facility was very clean with adequate social distancing.

I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in on October 1st due to...

I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in on October 1st due to the check engine light coming on. I received a call later that day that I would need a new engine (thank God I always get extended warranties). They told me to come back to pick up my rental (which was a Ford EcoSport - really cute car). I drove it until my car was ready on October 9th. On October 13th my check engine light came on again so Jim Hudson Ford sent a tow truck to pick me and my car up and I thought that was so nice of them : ) . They gave me a loaner to drive to see what went wrong on my car. I got a call around noon on October 14th to let me know that there was some corrosion inside the computer of my car and that the new one will be there tomorrow. I always ask for Chris Weaver (and have since I've had my car and he's been working there) in the Service Department and he is a great asset to your company. Angela Snipes is also a great asset to your company for she helped me with my loaner and understanding my extended warranty. They are both very nice, explain things clearly and are very friendly and dependable. Jim Hudson has a GREAT group of people working for them in the Service Department!!!!! Thank you very much for hiring such wonderful people. Crystal Morris

Service was extremely quick. Had something in our tire and we had purchased the road hazard policy with the vehicle. They replaced the tire with a brand new one and we were back in the road. Always satisfied with the service staff and work done.

They were ready when I arrived and checked in for service. The service tech met me and took my car to be serviced. I was told it would take about an hour to program my fob. It only took about 40 minutes and we were on our way. Everyone was wearing a mask. Very polite and helpful.

Service writers were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. All work was done and finished on time and returned cleaner than when it was brought in. I will certainly return for future service.

I was happy to see a person cleaning the seats in the waiting area after people left. Also, he was cleaning other areas such as door handles and countertops. The service staff was friendly, knowledgable, and willing to answer all my questions.

I appreciate the honesty of the service department and having my car ready when promised. Bob Hargrave listened to closely to my description of my issue but made sure that the real problem was diagnosed which probably saved me much money.
