Very friendly, courteous people and service is fast. This is the first Toyota I have owned and when I am looking for a new car Joseph is were I will shop.

From the first moment of contact, Nick offered me the...

From the first moment of contact, Nick offered me the best possible price, which was an internet special I had found online. They did not try to weasel out of it or raise the price with unnecessary add-ons. Joe did a first class job of serving my needs. He is a retired physician who is extremely intelligent and seems to truly enjoy his work. They did many little things along the way to show me that they care about my business and they treated me well.

Needed some minor work and scheduled through Joseph...

Needed some minor work and scheduled through Joseph Toyota. They completed the work faster than expeced and cheaper than expected. The associate also pointed out some additional work that will eventually be needed but said its not critical at this time but soon. Appreciated the honesty. Many dealerships would have pushed for urgent service. Very satisfied. Thank you.

I have been dealing with them for many years and cannot find anything to complain about. It is actually a pleasant experience with a very nice waiting room, with lots of extras (snacks, drinks, coffee). Then, the cashier gives you a free box of cookies when you leave. Through the years, I have recommended this dealership and service to others.

I purchased the extended warrenty for my 2011 Toyota...

I purchased the extended warrenty for my 2011 Toyota Corolla. I was told I had to go to Toyota Dealership for service. I went for my first oil change last week. It cost almost $100.00 for an oil change. INSANE!

Felt I was taken care of and the young man was considerate to my time needs. Prompt attention with checking me in. I have been comming to this dealership exclusively for my service and I have not been disapointed. I bought my Highlander from them in 2005 and from the sale to service I have been very satisfied.

Continue to amaze me!!

I am sure we have all heard the stories about how customer service do not care about you they just want your money, but every time I have had service done I always feel at ease!! If I am getting my oil changed, brakes changed, or my air bag suspension, I have always had prompt and polite service. Each time Jason has helped me and always greats me with a smile and ensures I understand what is done with my car, I truly appreciate the extra time I feel he takes!!

Amazing service with Jason Smith

I came in with my 2006 toyota sienna to get a few recalls taken care of. Jason Smith is who helped me and he was absolutely fabulous! He got my recalls taken care of in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the service I received at Toyota of Cincinnati
