Adam was awesome to work with. I had to deal with a larger repair than planned but only because they keep a close eye on things.

I Love My New Rogue

This is the third time my family has leased a car from Luther. Each experience has been wonderful. Both Igor and Jamie took the time to answer all of my questions and were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Luther Nissan to friends and family. I love my new Rogue.

Experience with Luther Nissan

I have been with Luther Nissan for the last 6 years. I have not had a bad experience since I started leasing Murano's. Services department is wonderful. Each person I have dealt with treats me kind ness and respect. I wouldn't trade dealership for nothing in the world.

Helpful Place

This dealership has very helpful employees . They were very kind, and truthful. I asked if I needed to rotate tires yet, expecting them to say, yes you do, but they said no, next time. Wow that was a surprise to hear. Good next time I will have more money. Also, a fruit basket & coffee, while I wait. Thank you so much for your great people. .I'll be back.

Recall and Oil Change

This is the BEST place to have service done. You can call and get an appointment when it is convenient for you. You are greeted as soon as you arrive and taken care of immediately. I appreciate the fact that they don't try and "sell" you services that you don't need. I will continue to use them for all my service needs.

Awesome service department!

This is my first Nissan and my first time using the Inver Grove service department. Their website was user friendly and efficient when scheduling my oil change. As soon as I pulled in the service bay, I was greeted by Austin Kraskey. He was polite, enthusiastic, and very knowledgable. He greeted me with a smile and was genuine. I explained that I was there for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall. I also mentioned my C pillar exterior trim was coming loose. He checked the parts department to see if they had it in stock. Then ordered the part and got it covered under warranty. He gave me a realistic expectation of how long my service would take. He also told me when I could return for my warranty repair. Their car wash was down due to construction. So, he offered me a free car wash at Holiday. I am picky about my rims. So, he had the tech tape up the socket to ensure my rims weren't damaged. Austin went the extra mile to make sure all my requests were met. He told me ahead of time how much my service bill would me. So, there were no surprises. He is an asset to the Luther Automitive Group and is a great example of how excellent customer service should be. Thank you, Austin! Keep up the great work. That's how you get repeat business and referrals.

New car purchases and car services.

This dealership works so well with people. I have purchased my last two cars there and I also bring my vehicles there for services. They are not only courteous & quick, they are also very approachable with any questions. I would highly recommend them.
