Fast and efficient service
Arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment and was helped immediately. This was my first oil change since purchasing my vehicle and it was free of charge. They told me it would take an hour for the entire process (oil change, inspection and car wash) and they kept to their word. Loved that the service advisor came back with a full inspection report and reviewed it with me and my freshly washed vehicle was waiting right outside the door for me. Great service.

Out of the workd Service
We just bought our second car from Sue Wegleitner after 4 years. The service and attention she has provided us is too good. She listened to our needs and did not push us on any unnecessary expense. She even worked out all our loan paper wok and matched the loan rate along with price. The best part is we didn't even have to drive to the dealership. As we are expecting in a few weeks, they arranged all the paperwork over the phone and email. They drove 2 hours to finalize the paperwork and delivered the car for us. It was a Breeze for us. I would recommend anyone to do business with Sue. She rocks!

Great service !!
I was in the neighborhood and stopped by to ask about the oil change special offered to me on the phone several days before. Andrew Parr (who I've interacted with no more than 3 times since I purchased my car 3 years ago) greeted me and to my surprise, remembered the kind of car I drive and where I work. I wasn't supposed to get that oil change on that day, but Andrew set me up and in less than an hour I was heading home. Forgot to mention that in 3 years I never received any e-mails from the dealership because they were sent to my wife's e-mail. Just before I left Andrew asked me if the e-mail on the invoice was the right one. He quickly went to the computer and finally entered my e-mail address, and that's the reason I'm writing this review. Great job Andrew Parr!!

Superior Service Across the Board
Having just wrapped up a lease with a dealership that went out of their way to be awful, I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Igor took the time to find the right vehicle for my family and I, arranged the test drive, and when that vehicle didn't fit he went above and beyond to find one that worked. As a realtor, I know the negotiation process can quickly devolve into an unpleasant experience. As someone who believes two parties can be honest, civil, and honorable when putting a deal together I could not have been more pleased at how we arrived at the final purchase price and lease terms. Picking up the vehicle was also a tremendously satisfying experience. Igor took the time to walk us through the car, explained many of the bells and whistles, made sure we were comfortable with what we had learned, and entertained two squirrly children while we were in the Business Office closing the deal. The process with Raul in the Business Office went quickly, which was fine with us. While we moved through the dos he made sure we understood what we were signing, presented us with options for insurance and warranty coverage, and wrapped things up in a nice package when we were done. Overall our experience was as good as one could ever expect and I would recommend Luther Nissan Kia to any of my friends and colleagues in the market for a vehicle.

Great experience on new Pathfinder lease
I originally contacted this dealership to confirm the price of the lease I was signing up for was a good one. I was not actually in "car shopping" mode, as my lease still had 2 months to go. When I spoke with Igor, I was very up front that I was in the final stages with another dealer. However, when he returned my call with a monthly payment quote $75 lower than the other dealer, I was inclined to listen. (Especially considering I had not shared the other dealer's price with him.) After some further discussion with the other dealer, I ended up back with Luther and Igor, as they again, were willing to lower the monthly payment. Regarding my experience with Igor, I appreciated his efforts giving me a competitive quote the first time. (This was especially disappointing of the other dealer, as this would have been my third lease with them.) He was fantastic to work with, prompt with responses, and also low pressure. Not once did he make me feel guilty for price shopping or pressure me to come in immediately and sign paperwork. I would not hesitate to work with him on another vehicle purchase, when that time comes. Lastly, not only did I feel I received a fair price from Luther, but as silly as it sounds, the gas card and $250 gift card towards service, parts, accessories, in addition to $5 car washes and fuel savings card at Holiday certainly were nice bonuses. Nice touch Luther Nissan Kia.

Purchase of new Kia Sorento
While we had a great experience with JP, we were a bit frustrated that our car took two weeks to put in our automatic starter. Then, when we went in two weeks later to pick up our car, it took 2 1/2 hours to get our paperwork in order. We felt that since we had to wait for two weeks, the paperwork would all be in order, so we could just sign and drive off with our new car. We had brought our young daughter with, not expecting to have to wait that long for all of our paperwork (especially when we thought we had already provided the necessary information at the initial sale two weeks prior). We had to leave right after - and could not get a full tour of how to use our car since it was so late that time. Overall, the staff is wonderful - and very friendly. We love our car, but would hope next time they would be a bit more organized to ensure a smooth process for signing our paperwork.

GREAT EXPERIENCE DON'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!
I had financing in hand and had visited some dealers near my home, but couldn't get the deal or service I was looking for, so i took a chance and reached out to David Jr at Luther Nissan/Kia. David was a true professional from beginning to end. He listened to my needs, took the time to go over what I really wanted and needed in a new vehicle and what I could afford. He worked with me to get a much better financing deal then I had walked in with. I was able to buy the car I wanted, with all the important options and safety features I needed. David stuck with me through the whole process, guiding me, answering all my question (and believe me I had A LOT) Whether it was on the phone, via email or in person he was patient and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of tough questions, but he had answers for everything and never mislead me or tried to get me to purchase something I didn't need or couldn't afford. this is my new dealership and will always be my first stop for any vehicle needs I have in the future. He even took the time to help me setup my 1st free oil change. It made the car buying process painless. As a single woman, it's hard to know if you are getting the best service and price, but in the end It was clear David worked hard for me and made my deal happen so it fit all my needs. . Samantha Sittlow in Finance was wonderful, super easy to deal with and explained everything clearly. She also explained the Gap insurance and allowed me to double check my policy to ensure it was right for me. Thanks!!!!

2014 Nissan Rogue
I met with Sue while I was researching which SUV I wanted to buy. She was very upfront and honest which I appreciated greatly. I actually started the process to purchase another vehicle at a different dealership but had warning bells off in my head. I decided against that vehicle because something didn't seem right and called Sue back. She was very helpful and I am so glad that I decided to purchase the Rogue. I love the vehicle and the process with Sue and Eric was very easy. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big decision and they both made be feel like I was being given honest information and they were very trustworthy. Sue and Eric answered every question that I had and truly understand what customer service means. I would recommend Luther to any of my friends as the experience was exactly what buying a car should be.
