Andrew Parr was very helpful in explaining the recall...

Andrew Parr was very helpful in explaining the recall notices I received from Nissan. I was very happy with the first service that was done on my new Sentra with one exception. That was whenever I had my cars serviced for oil changes in the past there was always a sticker that was placed on the windshield showing when the next service was due. Today there was no sticker. Everyone in the sales dept were very helpful. Big Luke...

Everyone in the sales dept were very helpful. Big Luke did a great job. The only flaw I could find thru the whole experiance would be their detail dept. The car went thru 2 clean ups before I bought it ( trade-in and then sold but then the guy backed out on a purchase ). so I bought it, then it went back thru detail and they ( detail dept ) still missed alot. sticky stuff under the horn button,at rear cup holder and next to e-brake, drirt and grime in the tight areas, one side of the difusser vents in dash are clean but roll them 180 and full of grime.etc. That being said , I would buy from them again, Like I said, the sales dept has to be one of the best I have worked with when buying a car. The detail dept ( guys that clean the cars ) not very good. The survey asked quality of work, I rated that bad, and the bad is for the detail shop only.

I went into the dealership with a meeting with Tom...

I went into the dealership with a meeting with Tom regarding me possibly getting a new vehicle. I had corresponded with Tom for a few weeks before meeting with him--even via email he was super friendly, and wanted to help me. So, we finally meet, and he is just as friendly in person. He, along with the other staff members at the dealership worked with me for hours to get me a car. Walking in that afternoon, I didn't think I'd be walking out of the dealership that day with keys to my brand new vehicle. It wasn't that my credit was bad, I just didn't have enough of it. Everyone worked really hard, on the phone, talking to everyone for hours to get me a car. I got a great car, 2011 Nissan Versa, and I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you!!

I went to kia for my first new vehichle and they were more then helpful, they were also friednly and very supportive, they over all made my experience great and well worth the trip and perches of my Kia. I would highly recommend luther nissan and kia invergrove to anyone looking to buy a nissan or kia. I would not want to go to another dealership after this visit from them, over all and without a doubt amazing, the quality of vehichles and salesmen there like no other

You know, I have been working with this dalership for...

You know, I have been working with this dalership for years, and for good reason. I stopped in to LOOK at used cars, and ended up buying my 2010 Nissan Rogue. I was greeted by Dave Burns, and ihe was awesome, he listened to my needs and wants and steered me to my dream car. It wasn't a high pressure sales pitch, it was just excellant salemanship. Everyone at Luther Nissan does a great job and believe me, I truly appreciate it. Thanx again guys, and if you need a great used car, see Dave Burns. He will do it for you.

'Hands Down' Scott Holerud went out of his way to...

'Hands Down' Scott Holerud went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle for my family! Scott took the time to explain every detail of the Kia Sedona and even synced my smart phone to my new car! Throughout the entire purchasing process, Scott was there to explain every detail. Professionalism and friendliness are the two words I would use to describe Scott Holerud. I can't go without mentioning the absolutely helpful finance department! Mike (Finance Manager) was beyond helpful and completely knowledgeable of every detail in the financing. Mike took the time to add a personal touch to the entire financing process. I would assuredly recommend Luther Nissan Kia, Scott Holerud and of course Mike to any one of my family, colleagues or friends! As a matter of fact I already have! I was planning on buying an Nissan or possibly another...

I was planning on buying an Nissan or possibly another brand and ending up leasing the car. I have a better understanding of the leasing process and for my driving habits and need for different cars it completely made sense. I recieved a good price on my trade-in and JP explained the leasing process like the professional he is. I enjoyed getting to know him and would definitely come back and ask for JP again. Thank you!

This is the first time that I worked with Adam and let me...

This is the first time that I worked with Adam and let me tell you, his customer service was top notch. He explained to me what the crews worked on. He listened to my concerns when it came to an issue with my car and explained to me in detail what was going on. When I respectfully turned down his offer to not fix the problem (only a very minor detail), he didn't pressure me to get it fixed right away.

I'm sorry that I couldn't remember the gentleman...

I'm sorry that I couldn't remember the gentleman that helped me. He was very kind and most helpful. Also, the salesperson, David, was kind as well when we took some time to look at vehicles on the lot. The reason why we visit with Luther Kia in Invergove is because the Barnett Kia in White Bear Lake was very rude to us. We just bought our vehicle and refuse to schedule an oil change because I didn't purchase my vehicle there. It would be on a first-come first-serve basis. I explained it wasn't convenient but the scheduler continued to decline. His last words were, "I should've gotten a car from them, then." We are never returning there even though it's closer to our home. And we do not plan to purchase our next car from them. All of my experiences at your dealership have been wonderful. We are looking for another vehicle and will be working with David on this. Thank you for a great experience.
