2016 Nitrous Blue Focus RS - Oh Yeah!

This is my third new car purchase from Plaza Ford. I was one of the lucky few to get a 2016 Focus RS. Plaza only had 3 allocations. The service exceeded my expectations and the car is magnificent. I am extremely pleased with both my purchase and the buying experience.

PERFECT

Everyone at Plaza Ford was anxious to make us HAPPY! They genuinely wanted us to have a positive experience. I came back the next day with a check and some people that worked there, that I didn't even talk to before, went out of their way to say something nice, to us. Not what I had previously experienced, in car buying, PERFECT! THANKS!

Great car buying experience!

We purchased a 2013 Ford Edge. Salesman was eager to assist us in locating the right vehicle for us without any pressure to buy another vehicle in stock. Everyone involved in sale of vehicle was pleasant and willing to answer all of our questions, which made this a great car buying experience!

White Ford Focus

This is the second car I have purchased from Plaza Ford. It could not have been done any faster. I am extremely happy with the price. There was no pressure to purchase extended warranties.

Great service,

This was hands down the most amazing oil change i've experienced in my 18 years of driving. The synthetic blend running through my v8 is the stuff dreams were made of. This baby purrs like a tiger after getting a few fresh quarts and those freshly rotated tires are hugging the curves of those back roads on my way to/from my mundane office job. The waiting room had a similar feel to a spa at the Four Seasons and my service advisor provided in-depth, stimulating conversation during my wait. I'd come back every 500 miles if I could...

Great service, clean facilities

Came in for my 45,000 mile service on my 2012 Expedition which was quick and efficiently completed. Was told by technision that my right front strut was damaged and leaking. With Mary's help that appointment was scheduled and completed efficiently also.
