Excellent experience
Keith from plaza ford was great to work with. The entire team went above and beyond. They stayed after hours to get my paperwork finished and my car cleaned so I could take it home that night. The enviroment was clean. Everyone was friendly. The buying process was very hassle free and easy to understand what your options were. I would recommend plaza ford to everyone.

This is how to buy a car!
Frank listened to what I told him I wanted. He didn't try to convince me to purchase a package that I didn't need or want, but assisted me in knowing what the differences were so I could make an educated decision. He went out of his way to find me a car that fit my specifications and meanwhile was able to show me the features I would have on my car using other models that had the same features. He was open with me pertaining to my trade in and the pricing and I was happy with the final outcome. He noticed a blemish on the car that I didn't see and pointed it out to me and promised that it would be repaired and I would have a loaner until it was remedied. Every contact with Frank was a positive experience and I would be happy to deal with him again in the future.

I traded in my 2009 Jeep Wrangler for a 2014 Ford Escape. Gary was the salesman that I was dealing with. He was super busy but made time for us. I got more then I expected for my trade and came out of there a very happy customer. I have never owned a Ford before but after this great experience I think I might just be hooked. Plaza Ford New Car Sales
I stopped at Plaza Ford and met with Rudy and Gary on the Internet Sales Team and they made me feel welcome and that they were there to help the new car buying experience very easy. We took an F-150 for a test drive which I eventually bought that day. Gary was very through in getting everything worked out within the budget I wanted and Zach helped set up the vehicle and MySync. Really great job and great place to purchase a car.

First Time Buyer
I worked with Zac Ritter, he sold me my used 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe and I couldn't be happier with it. Being that it was my first time buying a car and without a co-signer he made the whole process really easy. Car had low miles and was/is in great condition. I haven't had any issues with it, except for a small window issue. We took it to Ford Plaza and they fixed it right away. Haven't had any issues since. Everyone there is friendly and willing to help. Would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend or someone looking to buy a car. Nothing but good things to say about this dealership.
