August 1 2025 my Rav 4 2018 was picked up from my home
August 1 2025 my Rav 4 2018 was picked up from my home for service Abby Burrows went over all my concerns with my car .She always professional and directs my concern to Yale my service advisor and makes sure the communication is passed on to Yale . Abby Burriws always goes the extra mile to get my car washed and she cleans all my windows. I very grateful on such a positive person to take the the extra time and who is mindful. Yale my sevice advisor kept me in formed step by step by Tex’s my updates and calls to make sure I understand the work that was being done. Yale stayed over his work time to put in work for my Wartenty that I need done to make sure it was coverd to be started the first thing in the morning. Yale and Abby Burrows always say to me we are here if you need us for your Rav 4 sevice or any issues . I did have concern with when the time comes to extend the same Wartenty I have now when the time comes . Yale Abby Burrows had Carlos Sanders call me from the finance sevice right away to discuss . Carlos went the extra mile to review all paper work and told me I had two more years or when the mileage comes first then to have the car expected there and they would help me . I have read reviews and I have had nothing but to praise the sevice department and the finacal person Carlos Sanders who was very honest with me . Everyone treated me with respect and value me as a customer and professionally . I can honestly say they truly care about there customers and to make sure they are taken care of . They value there customers Afro a long term relationship and if there is a issue it’s always addressed and corrected . Thank you miss Abby Burrows Yale and Carlos Sanders . Dealership had a vehicle listed. Called about availability. Vehicle was available. Looked at vehicle and told salesman I was interested. Salesman said the vehicle was not for sale, it needed repairs. Said dealership was not going to repair. Salesman called several days later and said dealership was going to repair the vehicle and would contact me when finished. Never received a call.

When I went to pick up my vehicle after it's maintenance
When I went to pick up my vehicle after it's maintenance service, I wait 20 minutes for them to bring the car around. I finally asked for my keys. The receptionist got my keys but tossed them at me.

I didn't enjoy my experience at Antwerpen.
I didn't enjoy my experience at Antwerpen. I had an appointment and I arrived on time but the sales person who I was supposed to meet was out to lunch. I eventually drove the vehicle and I liked how it drove and looked but the vehicle had over 70,000 miles on it. I thought that with that amount of miles there was room for negotiating the price. I was told there wasn't and I left. Before leaving I asked about the "Carfax" report and the sales rep read it off of the computer. My experience at other dealerships have usually printed the report off so I could look at it for myself. I thought it was odd that I didn't get to see the report. I was done with the car but I was contacted a few days later and asked if I was still interested in the car and I said if the price was a little bit cheaper I may purchase it. Overall, I didn't buy the car because I didn't feel comfortable with the dealership.

Not recommend this dealer. They sold a van with a “promise to provide missing emergency key/fob” but this never honored their promise. Contacted they more than 5 times and no response. Stay away from this dealer!!!

Love my new Venza
I went in to purchase the car we had leased. After running the numbers to convince me, they came up with an idea, return the lease, and use the equity in it plus the payoff to get a 2024 Venza and still owe only 15K on a new car. Now we have a brand new car for retirement.

I need help !
I need help !!!! trying figure out how i can get my son out of this horrible situation. He purchased a car 6 months ago 42 days after car breaks down 4500 worth of works had to be done 1500, I came out of pocket which thankfully after emailing you guys was able to drop it down. Fast forward to today my son car speedometer is not matching his speed and the codes are flashing he is even having trouble steering the car. Take it to a Honda closer to my house they tell me there is corrosion on the wires and it needs harness 1100. At this point my son doesn't even feel safe driving the car. What can be done?
