Great service

Danny Sanders sold my husband and I our new Ford Raptor and we love it! We thank Danny for making our experience quick, easy and painless. I think we were only there for about 2 1/2 hrs. We got the price we wanted and the payment. Thanks again for not having sit there all day, car buying can be such a headache. We will be back and highly recommend Danny to any future buyers. very excellent experience

This is our second lease and we were very pleased with Sergio Morales. He helped us with all of our needs. They also did everything to make us happy. We will definitely go back when this lease is up.

Very Happy With Purchase!!!

Buying a truck could turn into a disaster, but not at Sunrise Ford in Fontana, Jacob M. knows trucks inside and out and spent a lot of time going over everything so I was completely comfortable driving off. Also Andrew S. made sure I was completely taking care of during the process, quick & efficient. I'm totally happy with my New F350 6.7 Diesel FX4 Crew Cab::))

Best experiences I ever had

Ford is the best dealership around. I had a great experience with sunrise ford in Fontana. I will always get my cars from there. Felton Dourseau was great and got me the deal I wanted. Thank you very much. If you want a great deal ask for Felton he's great at what he does

5 star service

Leo and Albert were amazing!! They explained everything very clearly and answered any questions that I had. They were very patient if I didn't understand something and their attitude was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

Service was quick, easy, and no reservation needed

Donald Wheeler was the initial service manager who brought me in his office as soon as I drove into the facility. In fact he was just about to eat his lunch when he decided to take care of me first. He asked a few questions, looked up my information, and then he showed me another waiting room that I didn't know about. This room was specifically for service customers and it had free coffee, espresso, and comfortable surroundings, including television and magazines. The restroom facilities were also clean and there was a parts shop available. My service took place last Saturday and surprising I was in and out in less than 2 hours for a full required maintenance. Donald then explained what they completed during the service and I was ready to go.

Excellent service

Very friendly staff they work with us through the whole process. I was very comfortable with the sales person that was working with us. They explain everything very well they took the time to show us the features in the car we had just leased. Overall very satisfied.
