Main purpose to visit Holler Honda was to get oil change for my vehicle.It was easy to get an appointment to my liking.Service reception was excellent..The customer service person Miguel Paz provided great service and relayed to me certain recommendations from the technician who was doing the actual work.Service was done within the time frame given at a fairly reasonable charge

It’s clean. It provides ample space with charging ports for waiting customers. The complementary drink/snack station is a touch too.

I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine oil
I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, which initially appeared to go smoothly. However, the following morning, every warning alert on my dashboard was illuminated, prompting an urgent return to the shop. I strongly believe something was not properly reset during the service, which created a significant and untimely inconvenience as I was preparing for my child’s graduation. Additionally, I was told by George that my battery was failing and was pressured to replace it. I immediately sought a second opinion, and it was confirmed that the battery—only two years old—was in good working condition. This experience left me feeling as though I was being taken advantage of, possibly because I am a woman, which is both disappointing and unacceptable. While I’ve typically received quality service in the past, this visit has unfortunately damaged my trust. I left feeling uneasy and disrespected. I sincerely hope others do not have to endure a similar experience. Update: I recently left a negative review (above) regarding my experience, and I wanted to follow up. I was invited to call the general customer service number, but unfortunately, none of the associates I spoke with seemed to know how to assist me. I was then transferred to leave a voicemail, which went unanswered. After several days without a response, I called again and spoke with someone named William. His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism only reinforced my initial concerns. It was clear from the interaction that customer service is not a priority, and my business is not valued. I noticed a recent google review from another customer describing a very similar experience to mine. It’s clear that the quality of service has significantly declined, which is disappointing and concerning. This experience has been disheartening and disappointing from start to finish.

My 2024 CRV needed its first major service and resolution
My 2024 CRV needed its first major service and resolution of two vehicle recalls. The time estimate was at least 2 1/2 hours. Drew Craig, my service advisor had it completed in about 2 hours. The SUV is running smoothly and I am quite pleased.
