    I would definitely come back to buy another Honda from this dealer. Never had a customer service representative (Vanessa) call me back a couple of days... after I bought my vehicle to check if all was going well. She went above and beyond her duties, and also helped me with some rim repairs, which were covered by the pro-tek plan. I recommend putting this plan specially if you purchase the Accord Sport with the nice rims, the rim got scracthed a bit (our fault) but the plan covered all repairs. I recommend speaking to Vanessa if you are on the market for a new vehicle. Very good Honda dealer!

    I wanted to share my recent experience at Holler Honda. I brought my car in due to a recall on the paint, and I also got my front wheel bearings replaced.... After I got my car back, I noticed the taillights and brake lights were out, and the car door would not unlock with the car key. The below are the series of events that occurred after I got the car back. No one checking the car before giving it back to the customer resulted in: -Being locked out of my car an hour away from my home in the rain, in a dark parking lot (resulting in me paying $75 for a Pop-a-lock) -Driving on I-4 at night without taillights and brake lights. -I called Sunday morning only to discover that Honda Service Center was closed. I asked to have the service manager emailed and to be called back by a service manager ASAP after explaining the situation, no one ever called me back. -Due to the issues with the car, I had to leave my car unlocked at all times, and to make arrangements with my work location and hours, including walking to work on Monday. Monday morning: - No one from management called to follow-up. I called Honda, and spoke with someone in the call center, who set up my car to be towed. -I was waiting for a shuttle from Honda, only to later be told I have to pay for my own Uber since the shuttle driver went home (and apparently the person working with me did not know the shuttle hours?). When I finally arrived: -I brought a print out of my receipts and asked when and how I would be reimbursed for my Pop-a-lock and Uber fees, and that I expected to be reimbursed as soon as possible. The service rep there had no idea what I was talking about. -I asked the guy who gave me the rental car what the miles per gallon were on the car I was about to receive as a rental (He responded that he didn't know- he also never cared to look it up). -Again, I asked to be called by a manager in the morning. Tuesday morning: -Again, no one ever called me. -I called to see the status of my car. Also, no one had let me know where to send my receipts for reimbursement. -Rather than apologizing for all the inconvenience and the money I had to pay for Honda's mistake, the manager I spoke with decided to take a defensive approach and responded with attitude on the phone, which in turn, made me more disgusted with Honda's customer service skills (as I am starting to notice a trend). When I called, I wanted to know the following: -When and how I would be reimbursed for the Uber and Pop-a-lock. -What was wrong with the car and how it was fixed. Why a manager never called me to explain this, and I had to go out of my way as a customer to get these answers, I will never understand. In conclusion, not only do I not want to buy a new Honda after this, but I will never recommend or work with this dealership again. Update (in response to their poorly written response on google review) : Your team clearly did not communicate step by step what would happen as detailed above. Interesting you say you have written proof because I screenshotted the texts and have proof of the times I was reached out to which I attached to an email to the general manager (if that’s you, please check your email). I actually purposefully did not include employee names as to protect their online privacy, but clearly you have no concern for that. All in all, the fact that you go on the defensive again, shows the customer service skills of this dealership through and through.

    In summary, shopping at Holler Honda was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Rick Dawkins was the one who helped us from the moment we walked... in. He helped us find the right car for our family ( Honda HR-V EX) with no pressure for fancier models or addons we didn't need. When we walked in we were looking for an Odyssey or CR-V, but when we determined early on in our visit that the bigger and more expensive cars weren't for us, Rick pivoted with us rather than pressuring us for the bigger sale. He also made nice light conversation throughout the process that eased nerves and brought focus away from the otherwise stressful decision of dropping thousands of dollars on a vehicle. When it came to price, the prices were already very reasonable, leaving no desire to haggle, and the financing process was as painless as could be (ignoring the fact that you have to spend an hour to sign a bunch of contracts, that just goes along with financing no matter where you buy). I was even able to use my credit card for the down payment as I didn't have checks with me, and they changed the financing terms to my liking with no questions asked even when it meant less money for them. Whenever we buy our next car, you can be sure we'll start at Holler.

    Had a pleasurable experience with salesperson Lucas bustillo. He is a young fellow who was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda features and models.... Eric, the sales manager was personable, clear, and helpful. Finally, the finance fellow, Basam (sp?) was pleasant and explained all the forms requiring signatures. No surprises. In summary, I have bought and leased over 25 vehicles in the past 30 years and this was likely the best overall experience I have had. All three of these fellows take their positions seriously with a great attitude. This must be a reflection of the philosophy of the owner of this dealership. WELL DONE!

    I took my vehicle for a routine service and was told my vehicle had a minor issue. At first I was upset simply because this truly inconvenienced my day.... Pedro Earle ensures the best tech would work on my vehicle. I was handed over to Dane Thompson; he immediately assured me my car would be taken care of without hassle and a thorough investigation to unveil the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and optimistic it was a minor issue hat would be dealt with as quickly as possible. He facilitated setting me up with a loaner vehicle (same make and model as my vehicle). Dane’s outlook shifted my upset attitude to one of trusting they would take care of it as promised. I was notified the following day my car was completely serviced. Upon my arrival, Dane surprised me with a car feeling brand new…not only was it serviced but spotless. I am well aware other dealerships would not have informed me of the issue trying to get a return visit. Thank you Dane, my car loves you and we love Holler Honda
