DON’T BUY YOUR CAR FROM THEM. I bought a 2015 BMW-i3 2 weeks ago. It stopped twice. So I asked for a return. They refused for following their 5 days return policy. It was taken to the BMW service center. I was told that the battery was damaged by total discharge which means they sold a vehicle that already has a big issue that no one would never buy. But even knowing all these issues, this rich general manager refused to return the money back. And told me one of the option for me is to fix the battery out of my pocket which costs $16,000 to $30,000. I bought the car for $12,000. Or that can only exchange the vehicle but I have to buy same or more expensive car. I looked it up on their site, and I can’t find any car that I can afford or feel safe to drive. I am a disabled US Army veteran. And I don't make enough money. All I wanted was buy a car so I can go to work and make money to support my wife and three babies. I asked them to understand my situation that there’s no way for customer to find out the battery issue within their 5 day policy. But they did not care. I am having migraine and can not breath like I used to and my relationship with my wife is screwed because what this rich man is doing to me. Please don't go my fellow veterans. They will rip you off. And don't care how you are.

recently purchased a 2023 GLC300 4Matic (VIN ending in 5607) from DriversMart, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My journey began on March 24, when I confirmed the availability of a different vehicle (VIN ending in 4597). After several interactions with Jason Campion, I expressed my interest and proceeded with the application process. Communication was lacking, and I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. Despite being assured that the vehicle I wanted was available, I was ultimately sold the wrong car. Upon picking it up, I noticed multiple issues, including a broken trunk cover and low tire pressure. I was informed that no one could inspect the tire before I left, which made me uneasy. During my drive home, I realized the odometer displayed a mileage of 38k, indicating I had been sold the wrong vehicle. When I reached out to Jason, he was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting that I simply return the car if I wasn't satisfied. To make matters worse, I received no follow-up from the dealership management until 3 days later, despite my requests for a resolution. While working with Victor, he suggested that I drive from St. Petersburg to the dealership, which would take an entire day just to apply a ceramic coat to my vehicle. I anticipated a higher level of service from a dealership. I expected better customer service, especially after spending a significant amount on a vehicle. The lack of communication and accountability has left me feeling frustrated and unheard.
