Chris was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and the wonderful lady who assisted me with the paperwork was also very kind and professional. I was extremely pleased with Carlos and his respect towards my needs and wants in regard to this Jeep 4xe purchase. He was willing to take care of everything over the phone prior to my appointment so I could sign and drive!
