In an effort to re-purchase the EDestination for my ES 350 after a year and to restore the service for Sirius XM radio, I didn't know where to start, Nancy got me to the service department, with an incredibly friendly and positive attitude. I clearly did not know who to speak with and I spoke with Atta in the Service Dept she was superb in indicating which service pertained to what I was trying to accomplish, I'm thankful. As it turns out, because I was having difficulty with the connection of my Lexus Enform App in my vehicle, Marla Gavon was very diligent in troubleshooting the problem and resolving it. My system was pausing for any number of times I tried to handle it myself for days and called Marla and she immediately went to work. Never once hesitated or complained that I called and came in. She also assisted me with the re-purchase for the EDestination service and Sirius XM. She guided me to take advantage of the Sirius XM service for the use of traffic and weather reports and going over with me the incredible advantages of having EDestination. I've worked with her on several occasions, as a Senior Citizen, she imparts the information and makes me feel smart--and I know better. In any event, she is beyond helpful in this technical arena yet, personable enough to help the client feel that the help she's providing is not a problem, but a pleasure. Ultimate, professional attention
although I have the opportunity to have my Lexus picked up from my home for periodic servicing, I enjoy driving to the Southfield Meade dealership for their luxurious treatment. their professionalism and attention to detail matches the high quality of their vehicle. I can always count on the pleasant, professional, personalized attention from my Service Consultant Mr. Jerry Marx. In addition, my original Sales Consultant Ms. Maria D'Aigle does not hesitate to also provide me a welcoming wave when she sees me in the office. Exceptional Service Experience
Was in today to have some aftermarket eqpt. installed. As always, experience was wonderful. Service techs are knowledgeable and friendly, entire place is spotless, and the waiting area is the best I have ever seen (great seating, television, chargers, beverages and snacks). Time is always as promised, and pricing is extremely fair. I always go to the dealer for service - why go elsewhere?

Great service from Jerry, as always. Clean,new loaner and wonderful coffee. And my 5000 mile check up was free! I'm on my 5th Lexus and never had a problem with the dealer, service, parts, loaners and no long waits if you stay.

Lexus 350 ES Purchase
While knowing we were going to buy a new Lexus to replace our 2007 ES 350, we visited Meade Lexus determined to only see the current models, to do initial pricing, and then go to another dealer for the actual purchase. This determination not to buy from Meade Lexus was based on our universally poor experience with the initial 2007 purchase and with several subsequent service visits at Meade Lexus. These experiences were frankly shared with Mona Buchanan and others of your current staff. To our utter surprise that opinion changed completely starting with Mona Buchanan's opening the door for us as we entered the building. We knew we would be happy with the new vehicle but we did not know we would be so charmed by or so professionally treated by Ms. Buchanan.
