Salesman was very nice and honest.

Salesman was very nice and honest. Everything was brought to my attention up front. Sales manager provided the best price upon one request. Atmosphere was friendly and approachable.

Very helpful and friendly

I needed to travel that day but my a/c wasn't working. They fixed it quickly. They were also friendly and worked with me knowing that I needed my car for that day.

Excellent experience

I showed up at this dealership 3 years ago and just had a random question to a man that appeared extremely busy. This man immediately dropped everything he was doing and hmgave me his full attention. That is a great sign of respect for anyone to do, however given the fact that this person was Teddy Maldonado who is the GM blew my mind. I worked in the car industry for a period of time and can tell you that is not the norm. Fast forward 3 yrlears and I have conducted multiple deals here and have referred several friends and associates. My most recent deal yesterday was awesome. Steven Maldonado saved me from having to drive what I feel would have been a lesser competitors car. He gave me an amazing deal on exactly what I wanted. I was handed off to Joseph Gordon who as I expected demonstrated the same level of care and respect that Teddy and Steven exemplify. This dealership is truly a people first dealership and you will not be disappointed working with them.

Very happy with Interstate Toyota.

Very happy with Interstate Toyota. I've had a problem with one wheel bearings along time and Ricky Bouloute was the one to follow through and corrected the problem. Sometimes when people see a 2009 vehicle, they figure it's on its last leg and why bother. I appreciate Ricky Bouloute and give Interstate Toyota and Ricky 10 in excellent service and Interstate Toyota at 10 in repairs. Also, as Ricky has gotten to know me, he knows that I care about my vehicle and I want everything possibly done correctly, service on a personal level, which counts any day because I've dealt with many vehicles makes and dealt with somebody different every time I walked in their Service Dept. I know my pizza guy I know my bread guy I know my butcher and now I can say I know my car guy

The best Toyota dealership in Rockland County. The service guys, Ricky, Anthony and Orlando are amazing. I trust their judgment everytime!!!!!
