Stay away from this dealership.

Stay away from this dealership. Once they make the sale they forget about you. They don’t return calls or emails. A trim around my window came loose, they wouldn’t fix it. Issue with my tire, didn’t fix it. Stay away.

Service rendered was excellent.

Service rendered was excellent. The service manager explained everything clearly and gave me an expected completion time which was met. The car was returned washed and greatly appreciated.

Ron, in service, was very helpful and attentive when it

Ron, in service, was very helpful and attentive when it came to repairing my son’s car. The cost of replacing my son‘s backup camera was excessive (over $900) And I know I overpaid for that. But because it was my son‘s car, I just wanted the job done. But , that still doesn’t take away from the professionalism of Ron. He even helped me get a couple hundred dollars off their initial price. And he got me out the a two hours that was promised. The prices of service are little exorbitant at this location. That alone would make me find an ultimate source for my service and repairs. As for Ron and the Mike’s in service, they will take care of you.

I have come across a vehicle that was advertised, I called, inquired about it, got an offer, sent the offer signed, and minutes later I get an email without a signature that the car has a deposit. This is a typical bait-and-switch. I thought that this dealership was different, but they are not. I used to live in Rockland for many years and wanted to give them business , stay away at any cost; other places practice better standards, MUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!!

Jamie, I have called the number as suggested but there is no one on the other side , your overall respond above is not genuine , certainly not transparnent and unfair, you should certainly be concerned , because prcatices like that will not help you do more business. I hope evertybody reads that and think hard and long before deciding to do business with you. Instead of sending a fake respond , you have my number , you could call me and tell me if the car that i signed for yesterday is available to me , nothing else.

I believe Mike was our Service Manager. I hope I have the right name - I am Deborah Trabolsi Bucci. Anyway Mike was wonderful - service went great - he let us know the tone they would he finished and answered all if our questions very thoroughly. Thank you for a very good experience.
