I paid for a 15,000 service as well as several other add ons and noticed the next day the tires had not been rotated. When I brought it back the staff... had no problem rotating them and were externally polite and apologetic. My problem is the fact this was missed caused me to have to take more unpaid time away from work and doesn't make me feel confident that other services I paid for (and aren't as easy to check) we're completed.
