Incredible Dealership!

From the moment I started speaking with Jeff he listened

From the moment I started speaking with Jeff he listened to what I was looking to purchase. I told him what I was interested and never once did he push me towards any other vehicle or even color option. Very customer centric approach and I respect that. Nothing about the experience was stressful I would actually say rather exciting. I found myself during the downtime of the process speaking with the parts department about possible options after the purchase of the vehicle. I will have to even mention while I was at the parts department counter and Dakota was away for a minute to get a labor qoute someone in passing even asked if I been helped. I appreciate how it feels that each employee cares and helps with all customers and not like others dealership where employees claim customers and they don't want anyone near them. I appreciate everything Randy does for the Murfreesboro Nelson Mazda location. He does a great job with his employees and its seen by how they are treating the customers.

Most STELLER car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was our 1st time at Nelson Murfreesboro - we drove 80 miles to inquire about a MX5. The showroom coordinator Molly greeted us right away and welcomed us like were family. Molly connected us with Nick a Client Advisor. Nick was outstanding through the whole experience and has now set the highest bar! We love our new MX5 😊😊! Go see Nick the next time you’re looking for a Mazda, you won’t regret it!

I love Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro, TN

Alecia was amazing. So glad to know she is back working in the service dept. She always makes me feel valued as a customer and helps to relieve any anxiety I may have. She is a true asset to your company and her positive attitude is very much appreciated. Although I didn't see Randy during this service appointment, I give him a 5-star rating. We went to Nelson Mazda on a Saturday in Murfreesboro to

We went to Nelson Mazda on a Saturday in Murfreesboro to look for the Snowflake White Pearl CX-30 I saw online, however, it was sold a few hours after we came. Orlando House tried his best to show us other available car models within our price range but I was set on getting either a red or white CX-30 before I return my car rental Tuesday the following week. He followed us outside as we were leaving and told us about a black CX-30 that is coming on site at the end of the month. He explained that they will offer a loaner car until the black CX-30 arrives. He also informed us that another white CX-30 is in negotiation process with another customer at another site, and he will call me that night if the sale doesn't push through. We put $1000 down on the black CX-30 that will be transferrable to the white one once it becomes available. He then called me Monday and told me that he is on his way to Mazda dealership in Clarksville doing a trade to get the white one I wanted. He went above and beyond to ensure I get the car I really wanted and not just what I had to at the moment. We came back Tuesday but Orlando House was off. We were then referred to Jeffery Berguson who is also an amazing person. When he found out our preapproved bank interest rate was,he spoke with his Finance team to see if they can match or even lower the interest rate and they did! It was lowered by 1.0 point! He told us about the other offerings they have for the car we were purchasing but never pressured us into getting any of it. He was very patient like Orlando was to me with all the questions I had. These guys' exceptional customer service is undeniable! They truly went above and beyond our expectations! They spoke to us like we have known each other for a long time... they made us feel like we are family. This is our 2nd Mazda and the first buying experience we had with Liz Roche in 2019 was the same as what we had with Orlando and Jeff! Nelson Mazda is truly blessed to have these amazing people working with them! We have nothing but praises! Thank you very much!!!!
