    Three times now we have tried to buy new Toyotas from Bryan Easler, but they can never come within $2000 of the competition (Fred Anderson and previously... Jim Barkley). We bought a 2013 Tacoma, 2019 4Runner, and will be buying a 2020 4Runner this week . I would love to buy local since we are in Hendersonville, but they don't seem to need the business or they just can't compete. Always the same story from sales manager Mike Burrell trying to tell us the competition will add on $500 if your wents in the military, another $500 if you aren't a student, another $1000 if you don't use their financing, blah, blah, blah. He says if you can get the deal the completion offered then go for it. Guess what Mike? They did honor their quoted prices, and we did go for it. Time to update your sales pitch as it isn't working. We also asked him to have Bryan Easler himself call us, but he didn't do that either. Oh well, you snooze you lose. I love the Toyota brand and have never had an issue with Easlers service dept. ,just the sales dept. Do yourself a favor folks, COMPARE PRICES!

    was very hesitant to try the dealership, however I honestly could not have had a better experience working with Charlie Brown and Mike Burrell on the sale... and Jennifer was great to work with on the paperwork. Both Charlie and Mike did everything in their power to make everything happen and it was a very smooth process.

    They sold me a used truck I felt like they new it had a problem. They had it the first month longer then I did. I picked it up and the engine light came... back on 5 miles from the lot. Oil pressure light has been on the whole time now I'm stuck with it. They don't seem to care. That I paid 21000 for a used truck that is junk. Thanks all are great

    All of the above . The attitude seems to be " we have your check. Get lost '. This is sales and service. I bought a new car and , with one exception ,... have been given the run around.

    I would never let them change a front wheel bearing again or anything else considered a major repair. They ruined the front axle disassembling the wheel... bearing and claimed it was not their fault so that I would have to pay for it. An extra $ 137.50 above the original cost.

    Guy Lambardo assisted us in buying our SUV. He was professional, honest, never pushed us. We felt he generally cared about us. Plus he is a dog lover.... We found the perfect SUV for a fair price. I highly recommend this dealership and HIGHLY recommend you ask for Guy Lambardo. ( yes that’s his name )

    My wife and I had a great experience with the team at Bryan Easler for the second time - I should have posted 5 stars the first time but always forget... to post reviews! We had previously purchased a 2010 Prius with low mileage/single owner and had no problems over the last 4 years - now that we have a son we wanted a little more space, so talked to them and they found us the perfect 2016 Camry Hybrid. We felt that the trade in price was more than fair and the process working with John in finance to finalize our deal was actually enjoyable... no games or gimmicks to jack up the price! Would highly recommend buying from the team at Bryan Easler and we will be back!!

    Couldn't find a Camry hybrid (LE) within 150 mi. of Tallahassee. Was in NC for summer and Mike Burrell of Bryan Easler offered to order one. Was allowed... to pick color and only the options I wanted, at a substantial discount from retail. As promised, car came in 10 weeks. We knew about this dealership because, while waiting to have our 2010 Prius serviced there, a man from Asheville said that he still came back to Hendersonville to buy his cars and have his car serviced. Very happy with Camry hybrid (LE) as it gets only 1 mpg less than 2010 Prius while larger, quieter, better ride, and handling.

    People tell me horror stories about their used car department. Saw a F150 I liked that was cheap and went to check see it anyway. It drove fine but... it was spray painted underneath to hide rust. No wonder it is so cheap!!!. I'm sure they scam people who don't look close all the time. Alex Long talked to me like I'm stupid. Should have listened to people and stayed away.
