Service was fast and courteous.

Service was fast and courteous. Quick diagnosis. Parts on hand. Out in one hour. Can’t beat that.

I’ve had my used Rav4 2 weeks and have already taken it

I’ve had my used Rav4 2 weeks and have already taken it in twice for issues (minor and at no cost to me). Not sure if it was thoroughly checked out when they received it as a trade-in. The service personnel are very friendly but said they would not do anything about the soaked carpet from where my clogged sunroof drain leaked. I thought they might’ve at minimum taken a shop vac to it. I dealt with it myself.

The service department was prompt and , efficient, and

The service department was prompt and , efficient, and caring. My battery was malfunctioning, they gave me an appointment within 18 hr,was able to replace it and do the recall work at the same time in under an hour. The scheduler was really on the ball! She deserves recognition 👏

Not only is my car not fixed but it’s worse than when it

Not only is my car not fixed but it’s worse than when it came in. I’m going to have to lose a day’s pay to bring it back in. I’m not happy about this at all.
