When I needed to get my car serviced they had an open

When I needed to get my car serviced they had an open schedule. The person working on my vehicle kept me updated on everything going on throughout the service. And when it came to going to get it the service department was closed but they had made sure to give my keys and information to the sales desk up front, so I was able to still get my vehicle back same day.

The service people were attentive to my needs and had

The service people were attentive to my needs and had the the tranmission problem diagnosed timely. Greg was on it. I needed a new transmission and radiator. Your price for the work was $9800. However that was $3000 higher then a local transmission repair company that specializes in transmissions. I will continue to be a customer of Auto Nation

I always get service on my cadillac there and the oversight by Mr Hannibal and the team (George Nitchie/Timothy) was tremendous. On time, full transparency, excellent care of the care and they have been doing this for years for me (here at Autonation and the former Chesapeake Frankel. Thank you for all you do and making it super easy and keeping everything up to date. What folks may not know if how many types of cars they can service beautifully here and so they have a great bench depth and breadth of knowledge!!!

Picked up my truck that I ordered a year and a half ago.

Picked up my truck that I ordered a year and a half ago. Needed the fifth wheel tow ball and running boards so I ordered them and was told they should take two days or so. I called one week later and the service department had no record of the order. I went on Amazon and got the ball in less than 24 hours. Running boards in 2 days. Asked to have my already paid for order refunded and was told it would be 10 days or longer for main office to issue refund.

What a Deal

My 2018 Chevrolet Impala lease was expiring October 31st; that dealership explained that I needed to pay GMF the residual value of $16,500 before I could trade in or keep. AutoNation, instead of demanding the residual value, offered a trade-in CREDIT of $20,500; what a no-brainer. June 30th, accepted AutoNation's offer; signed a lease with AutoNation for a 2022 Equinox. I like the additional height, short front-end, most of all I like the $20,500 credit; who wouldn't?
