When I was forced to go,after being told by someone at

When I was forced to go,after being told by someone at the Cadillac dealer, I was upset. But now after all is said & done, I am very pleased with the service, from Greg, and would take my XT5 back. Thanks

I find the dealership very unfriendly, cold and

I find the dealership very unfriendly, cold and unresponsive. I received my usual warm welcome from Hannibal at check-in and Greg Winebrenner was his usual competent self as to let me know what my car needed. I guess I am use to the comforts and convenients of Frankel Cadillac. Not feeling good about AutoNation.

Greg and Hannibal are the best!

Greg and Hannibal are the best!!! This location just does not have the Cadillac feel. The waiting area is small and not socially distance friendly. There are no outside signs directing Cadillacs to specific locations. There are no private rooms for guests who are waiting. It’s just not like Frankel. Also, my car wash could have been better. The car was returned wet. Windows were spotty.
