We recently had a great experience purchasing a 2022 Chrysler Voyager at Paya’s Automotive. The selection of vehicles on the lot was excellent, with a wide variety of makes, models, and price points to choose from. They explained all of the paperwork clearly and made the signing process quick and easy. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Paya’s and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car.

Over years of working with Paya's we have noticed they have gotten worst and worst over the years. Between my wife and I we have owned 5 different cars. We have also used Payas to service vehicles we didn't even get there. The last vehicle has been the worst. We got a low milage Toyota Camry. It now after a year has 29K on it. A few days after buying it we started to hear a noise in the front end of the vehicle. I brought it back and they took it for the day and stated they tighted the suspension but couldn't replicate the sound. I picked the car up and went home it was then I noticed a giant dent on the passenger side door of the car. When I met with the owner Chris Paya he stated it didn't happen there and that it was there when I dropped it off. I was unaware of any giant dent in the middle of the door. He told me they were going to fix this and he used curss words and basically called me a liar in front of my 4 year old daughter. Fast forward to now. I needed to get the 1st inspection done and I brought it to a Toyota dealership and it failed inspection. Due to the original sound it was making. They stated the intermediate shaft needed to be replaced. When the dealer replaced the shaft they stated waterman corrosion poured out of it and corrosion had traveled up towards the electrical steering components. This was over 1K to replace and they stated it would be over $1,800 to replace the other components. Paya's never repaired the floored damage from there water damaged car they sold me! And they did horrible work on 2 separate vehicles my wife and I brought to them paying hundreds of dollars for repairs to Paya's and both vehicles still had issues. As soon as we brought the vehicles elsewhere they were both fixed on the first service elsewhere. Steer clear of these guys. Peter was the only good part of the whole experience.

Peter was fantastic to work with. He got my son preapproved for his first car loan for the vehicle he was interested in the same day we filled out the application. In all it was maybe a 4 hour process, max, on our part to pick the vehicle, get the loan, take it for a test drive & bring it home. Very Happy with the customer service & highly recommend!

Have bought two cars from Paya's Auto, they are straight shooters and their cars are a great deal. First car went over 220,000 miles and is still running

Peter explained everything thoroughly, was always quick to answer the phone, and I feel very confident in my purchase. Highly recommend, especially with the cost of new cars nowadays.
