My needs were met in terms of the vehicle I wanted to purchase and the financial aspect I was comfortable with. Emmett gave me a tour of the facility including the service area. Katie McGehee is an absolute gem! She is so warm and personable, she effortlessly established a rapport with our first encounter by phone. We've been driving Subarus for decades and generally find the buying process a necessary evil, although we've never had a bad experience. Our time with Katie felt more like a social visit where we managed to get some business done in the process. We will ask for Katie in the future!
